Judicial report: In race 6 a greyhound being led to the start slipped the control of the handler and reached the lure briefly on the track. No film coverage was available and Stewards were not made aware of the situation until well after the all clear was given. Under the circumstances Stewards issued a warning to the Parade Steward and the Handler to ensure that greyhounds were under control at all times and Stewards were made aware of any future infringements.

MAGIC JEAN LASS (4) - checked from the jump. Ran outwards into turn striking rear of another greyhound and losing ground. KOWLOON LIGHTS (6) - ran wide throughout. EYREWELL VIENNA (7) - slow to jump. Bumped and turned sideways into turn, becoming unbalanced and losing ground. RAYLENE (9/3) - checked from the jump. After the race EYREWELL VIENNA was subject to a veterinary check which revealed a sore right hock with a 14 day stand down recommended.
Race 2	www.greyhoundsaspets.org.nz - C0 - 310	EYREWELL VALETTA (1) - slow to jump losing ground early. NICKY BAXTER (3) - ran outwards from the jump dictating outside runner outwards. GOLDSTAR POWER (5) - dictated outwards from the jump checking trailing runner. REEDY SET GO (6) - checked shortly after the jump. DIG DIG DIG (8) - checked outwards off heels on turn running wide and losing ground.
Race 3	Green Island Barber Stakes - C0 - 545	EYREWELL BENTLEY (2) - very slow to jump losing ground early. Dog to be boxed first for future racing. OPAWA PURDIE (3) - checked sharply outwards off heels into the first turn, running wide and severely checking trailing runners. Checked into back straight. EYREWELL MARTIN (7) - checked into first turn losing ground. Checked outwards off heels into back straight bumping runner to outside and losing ground. CLASSY BAXTER (8) - bumped into back straight becoming unbalanced and losing ground with a resultant check to the trailing runner. GLASS HARPOON (9/5) - severely checked into first turn losing ground.
Race 4	Brocklebanks Dry Cleaners Stakes - C0 - 545	KNOW EQUAL (1) - slow to jump. Checked into first turn. EXTRA SALSA (5) - ran outwards from the jump dictating runner out. WATCH LEVI (6) - slow to jump. Checked into first turn and ran wide. KIM'S MY NAME (7) - shifted outwards from the jump. LUCKY BLAIR (8) checked shortly after the jump. Bumped and became unbalanced into first turn losing momentum. HALF PIE (9/3) - slow to jump. Shifted outwards into first turn bumping runner to outside. Continued to run outwards checking trailing runners.
Race 5	All Fencing Solutions Stakes - C1 - 545	DAVE'S PICK (1) - ran outwards on first turn bumping and checking runner to outside. DARLEK IAN (2) - bumped and checked on first turn. SOUTHERN HONEY (3) - shifted outwards from the jump, bumping rear of another runner and running wide. Bumped and checked on first turn. EYREWELL TURBO (5) - bumped from the jump losing momentum. Shifted outwards in straight checking trailing runner. GOLDSTAR ASHTON (6) - very slow to jump losing ground early. Railed on first turn bumping rear of another runner and losing momentum. EYREWELL TANGO (7) - checked into straight losing momentum.
Race 6	Forbury Powder Puff Sprint - SPEC - 310	SCARED OPERA (8) - checked outwards off heels in straight and ran wide on track.
Race 7	Keyosk Service Bar Sprint - C2 - 310	RAND (1) - checked off rear of another dog into turn running outwards and dictating another runner wide. JOEY BAXTER (4) - slow to jump losing ground early. Dictated wide into turn. HOMEBUSH KELSO (5) - checked on turn losing ground. CHOP SHOP (8) - checked on turn and pushed wide.
Race 8	Brian Bagley Driver Licensing Sprint - C3 - 310	HOMEBUSH RUFUS (1) - ran outwards from the jump. KNOW SCRUTINY (2) - checked from the jump.
Race 9	Dave Robbie Photographer Stakes - C2 - 545	DREAM KAY (1) - ran outwards on the turn dictating another runner wide. KNOW CONCLUSION (2) - bumped and checked from jump. OPAWA RICHIE (3) - bumped and checked from the jump. UMBRIDGE BALE (4) - tightened between runners from the jump losing momentum. INTER OBLIVION (6) - dictated wide on turn. Checked off runner into back straight losing ground. MAJESTIC ACTION (8) - bumped between runners into straight losing momentum. DRAXLER (10/7) - checked between runners from the jump losing ground.

HOMEBUSH HUNDY (3) - shifted inwards from the jump checking runner to inside. Checked into the turn. EYREWELL LUCY (4) - checked in run to the turn. EPIC MANGO (5) - ran inwards in run to the turn checking runner to inside. Continued to shift inwards into turn checking trailing runners. MERTZ (6) - slow to jump. SOZIN'S FORTUNE (8) - slow to jump.
Race 14	Hip Hop Nigel - A Rising Star Sprint - C1 - 310	SOZIN'S EMPEROR (1) - ran outwards into turn dictating another runner wide. RAMBO (2) - ran wide on turn and into straight. ZARA DAIKEN (4) - very slow to jump, losing considerable ground. In the straight heels clipped and lost further ground. JEALOUS MUCH (5) - dictated wide into turn.
