Judicial report: 1) GOLDSTAR JAY JAY (S & B Evans) was late scratched at 9.50am by Order of Stewards under Rule 11.3 (l) after it was established that the dog was incorrectly nominated by virtue of Rule 38.10. After considering the circumstances no action was taken against Trainers S & B Evans. 2) PLATINUM MARSHAL, AURELIUS JEWEL (with blinkers) and UMBREON BALE, all trained by C Roberts, completed Satisfactory Trials as required. 3) PAT BELLA (R Wales) was stood down for 28 days under Rule 55.1.b. for Failing to Pursue the Lure during Race 8.
