Judicial report: CAWBOURNE JAZZY which had been a starter in race 12 on 01.11.17, was referred to the Vet following the race and cleared of injury. The Trainer has since reported to the Stewards on this day, that the Bitch is now showing signs of suffering from a hind leg injury. MIJA SYDNEY an entrant in race 4 was stood down for 28 days under Rule 55.1 b for failing to pursue the lure throughout and is required to complete a satisfactory trial before next racing.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C2 - C2 - 305	ON DA QUEST (2) - Checked over heels on the bend and shifted out bumping another runner and they both stayed back. UNO AGAIN (5) - Bumped from outside after the start and settled back but made ground well to finish 3rd. OCEAN GAMBLER (6) - Bumped from the start and settled back but also made ground well for 4th place. CULVIE DEN (7) - Jumped in abruptly from the start and caused checks to two other runners. ROKETTO (8) - Bumped and briefly unbalanced on the bend and stayed back to finish in last place.
Race 2	FIRST SECURITY C1/2 - C1/2 - 520	ALLEGRO BEATY (2) - Crowded and checked going into the first bend losing three lengths. THRILLING STAN (4) - Was slow to begin losing three lengths and he stayed back throughout the race. BIGTIME LONESTAR (6) - Checked off the heels of a retreating runner on the first bend and she lost ground and stayed well back. BIGTIME EVE (8) - Shifted in going to the lead on the first turn and checked another runner which lost three lengths.
Race 3	LASER PLUMBING WANGANUI C2 - C2 - 305	DOWNGRADE KING (1) - Was a little slow to begin and was then checked from behind going to the first turn and settled back where he stayed for the remainder. KIWI BAXTER (4) - Was checked on the bend and lost three lengths. HAWKESBURY FEVER (5) - Tightened between runners after the start and went back to last but made up ground well to finish 3rd. UNO BENT (6) - Checked off heels going to the first corner and was unbalanced and went back to the rear but ran on well for 4th place.
Race 4	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C3 - C3 - 520	EXTRAPOLATE (1) - Began awkwardly losing four lengths and he was then bumped going into the first turn and stayed well back throughout. BIGTIME BRUCIE (3) - Was awkwardly positioned adjacent to the rail going into the first corner and had to ease briefly when tightened. He then shifted out and bumped with another runner and briefly lost momentum. MIJA SYDNEY (5) - Eased and went back to a clear last going into the back straight and stayed there for the remainder of the race. Was referred to the Vet and found to have a spike wound with a 7 day stand down imposed. However, MIJA SYDNEY was stood down for 28 days under Rule 55.1 b for failing to pursue the lure and is required to complete a satisfactory trial before next racing. MARK'S BOY (6) - Was awkwardly placed going into the first bend and checked off heels losing momentum.
Race 5	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C5 - C5 - 305	HARD MERCH (2) - Was crowded after the start and settled back. Checked again going into the bend and went back to the rear and stayed well back. SEDGEBROOK BABE (3) - Was crowded after the start and lost momentum briefly but recovered to finish in 3rd place. BIGTIME ELLIE (4) - Was bumped from the outside after the start and settled last and stayed well back for the remainder. BOX OF FLUFFIES (5) - Was tightened going to the first corner and was unbalanced losing ground and stayed back to finish last. DANNY DEE (6) - Shifted across from the start and caused crowding and checks to other runners drawn further in. BIGTIME JANE (9/7) - Shifted in abruptly going into the bend and checked two other runners to the inside.
Race 6	HATRICK DASH C2 - C2 - 305	The race was all clear.
Race 7	WANGANUI TOYOTA C3 - C3 - 305	MAKING IT UP (4) - Was jostled and unbalanced going to the first corner and dropped back to the rear. BIGTIME BOY (5) - Was crowded between runners after the start and inconvenienced for a short distance. KALISI (6) - Shifted out approaching the home straight and jostled with another runner at the rear of the field for some distance and both were inconvenienced. HOTDOG SHANNON (7) - Jostled and inconvenienced for some distance in the home straight.
Race 8	THE ROCK 95.2FM C4 - C4 - 520	BIGTIME FRED (1) - Was crowded and checked losing three lengths going into the final bend and stayed back to finish 2nd last. CAWBOURNE BUCKLE (2) - Was tightened between runners after the start and went back to the rear and she stayed there for the remainder of the race.
Race 9	METEOR OPD WANGANUI C3 - C3 - 305	BIGTIME RACER (1) - Was hampered after the start and lost momentum briefly. Shifted out going into the bend after appearing to suffer a hind leg injury and checked three other runners. Was referred to the Vet and was found to have a serious leg injury. ZOYA BALE (5) - Was referred to the Vet and and found to have a spike wound to a dew claw joint right front foot. CAWBOURNE STICK (6) - Was checked going into the bend and lost ground but recovered quickly. ROCKY FOXTROT (7) - Was severely checked and almost fell going into the bend but quickly recovered and finished 5th. ANOTHER FLAG (8) - Was severely checked and fell going into the bend but regained her feet and finished the race. Was referred to the Vet and found to have pain to the rectus femoris muscle origins.
Race 10	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS WANGANUI C5 - C5 - 520	BIGTIME LEVI (4) - Was slow to begin and settled last but made a big run around the field to win.
Race 11	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C4 - C4 - 305	FRISKY GAMBLER (1) - Was jostled and unbalanced going to the first corner but recovered quickly. BIGTIME THINKER (2) - Was slow to begin and settled back. Was hampered when avoiding a fallen runner going into the bend and stayed well back. BIGTIME RAPID (3) - Was jostled and unbalanced going to the first corner and lost ground and finished well back. CHAIR UP (5) - Went off stride going into the bend and fell, taking no further part in the race. Was referred to the Vet and found to be lame in a foreleg and may have bruised a nerve.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C4 - C4 - 305	BIGTIME SUMMER (4) - Was bumped and unbalanced going into the bend and lost ground and she stayed back. LOVER (5) - Was slow to begin and lost three lengths and stayed back throughout. THUNDERATION (8) - Was bumped and lost momentum on the bend.
