Judicial report: Trainer M.Flipp was fined $ 150-00 under the provisions of Rule 40.1 of the Minor Infringement Table when IF IT FITZ was a late scratching from race 4 after being left at home. In arriving at the quantum of penalty, the Stewards took into account the fact that there had been a redraw of some of the fields for this meeting and Ms Flipp, while accepting that she had been notified by email, she had misread it and so therefore admitted the breach. Because of the above circumstances and also because the reserve which failed to gain entry was her own dog, the fine imposed was $ 150-00 instead of the normal $ 300-00.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C2 - C2 - 305	CLOVER VICTORIA (2) - (Fav) - Was slow to begin losing four lengths and she then lost momentum going into the bend when checking off heels. SNOW BALL CHANCE (4) - Jostled for some distance after the start and was eventually checked back to the rear and stayed there for the remainder. ANOTHER JAMIE (5) - Jostled for some distance after the start and stayed well back to finish in 2nd last place. Was referred to the Vet and found to have a hock injury.
Race 2	FIRST SECURITY C2 - C2 - 520	GOLDEN PIXEL (5) - Was bumped and checked entering the back straight and lost five lengths and stayed well back for the remainder. OCEAN GAMBLER (6) - Was slow to begin and settled back and was then forced to race wide on the first bend but made up ground to finish 4th. ACE BALE (8) - Was also slow to begin but recovered to finish in 3rd place.
Race 3	AON CPF C3 - C3 - 520	BIGTIME WELLDONE (5) - was inconvenienced going to the first turn and settled back but was observed to be finishing very well into 4th place at the finish. MARK'S BOY (8) - Was also inconvenienced going to the first corner and stayed back from there to finish in 7th place.
Race 4	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C2 - C2 - 305	CAWBOURNE WEB (5) - Was bumped and unbalanced briefly after the start and settled back. SCOTTA PIE (9/2) - Was tightened adjacent to the rail going into the bend and lost ground, went back to the rear and finished last.
Race 5	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C5 - C5 - 305	RAIN AND TEARS (2) - Was slow to begin and settled back but made up some ground to finish 5th. BIGTIME THINKER (4) - Slow away from the boxes and got back but made up ground to finish in 4th place.
Race 6	HATRICK DASH C2 - C2 - 305	BIGTIME DANGER (2) - Was bumped and unbalanced early in the race and again going into the bend and she went back to the rear and stayed back throughout the remainder. MIKACHU (6) - Was jostled going into the bend and forced wide losing ground and finished in 7th place.
Race 7	LASER PLUMBING WANGANUI C2 - C2 - 520	EXTRAPOLATE (4) - Was inconvenienced and forced wide into the first bend, got back and stayed there throughout. GUNNAR BLUEBLOOD (8) - Was bumped and forced wide over extra ground going into the bend and stayed back for the remainder. Was observed to be lame following the race, was referred to the Vet and found to have a toe injury. BLACKIE CHAN (9/6) - Was a little slow to begin and settled back and was checked going into the first bend, lost ground and stayed back to finish last.
Race 8	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C3/4 - C3/4 - 305	AFRICAN PRINCESS (1) - Was down in weight by 1.9 kilograms and this was intentional. POLLY CRACKER (2) - Was bumped and unbalanced losing momentum for a short distance after the start. CHAIR UP (4) - Was crowded and jostled for a short distance after the start, went back to last and stayed well back. ALLEGRO BEAU (5) - Was crowded from the outside and went back to last after the start but did make up some ground for 5th place. HU XIAN (6) - Shifted in after the start and tightened other runners which lost ground.
Race 9	THE ROCK 95.2FM C4/5 - C4/5 - 520	BIGTIME FRED (2) - Was hampered and lost momentum going into the first bend. BIGTIME MACDADDY (6) -Was slow to begin losing three lengths but gradually made up ground to finish in 3rd place.
Race 10	WANGANUI TOYOTA C3/4 - C3/4 - 305	BIGTIME GEORGE (1) - Was slow away from the boxes and settled back but made up some ground to finish in mid field. BIGTIME TREV (3) - (fav) - Slow away from the start and settled back and them ran on to finish mid field. CAWBOURNE DORA (6) - Was bumped and unbalanced on the bend and went back to the rear and never recovered.
Race 11	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C3 - C3 - 305	BIGTIME SPEEDY (2) - Was tightened between runners going into the bend and was checked losing ground and stayed well back. PAT PATTERSON (4) - Was also tightened between runners going into the bend and shifted out over heels and lost momentum for a short distance. BIGTIME BOY (5) - Began very awkwardly losing several lengths and he stayed well back throughout.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C3 - C3 - 305	NGAKAWAU (1) - Shifted out over heels going into the bend and caused checks to runners on the outside. DOWNGRADE KING (2) - Shifted out going to the first turn and lay on another runner and caused jostling. Was hampered going into the bend when receiving pressure from a runner shifting out. BRILLIANT JAYLA (4) - Was inconvenienced going to the first corner when jostled by another runner for a distance. DEVIL'S TONGUE (5) - Shifted out going into the bend and caused checks to runners on the outside. HOMEBUSH MINNIE (7) - Was checked and forced wide into the bend. KIRKHAM JASPER (8) - was checked when pressured from the inside going into the bend and never recovered.
