Judicial report: An inquiry which was opened and adjourned on 20.09.2017 will now be referred to the J.C.A for consideration. AUDACIOUS ASSIN and CAWBOURNE SANDY have both completed 10 clear runs and the endorsements under Rule 55.7 have been removed.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C2 - C2 - 305	SNOW BALL CHANCE (1) - Was checked soon after the start and shifted out hampering other runners briefly. CLOVER VICTORIA (4) - Slipped behind after the start and settled at the rear but recovered to finish in 2nd place. BRILLIANT JAYLA (5) - Shifted in abruptly after the start and checked another runner. GURU'S CHOICE (7) - Bumped from the inside and unbalanced after the start and went back to the rear and stayed back throughout.
Race 2	FIRST SECURITY C2 - C2 - 520	CAWBOURNE JAZZY (8) - Raced a little wide on the first bend and was then checked entering the back straight losing two lengths and stayed back to finish last.
Race 3	LASER PLUMBING WANGANUI C2 - C2 - 305	OPAWA MAF (1) - Was crowded going to the first turn and eventually shifted out, checked over heels and went wide into the bend. Was referred to the Vet at the Trainers request and found to have pain in the left deltoid and tricep muscles. ANOTHER JAMIE (2) - Lay in going to the first corner and hampered another runner. STEEL THE GOLD (3) - Checked from behind going into the bend and went back onto a following runner which checked and fell. UNO BRENT (4) - Checked going into the bend and fell but regained his feet and finished the race. Was referred to the Vet and found to have pain in the right hind quadricep muscle and pain over the upper fibula left hind. CAWBOURNE POTTSY (5) - Began awkwardly losing three lengths and stayed back throughout. BIGTIME DANGER (6) - Was tightened between runners into the bend and shifted out forcing another runner wide. BIGTIME PINK (7) - Forced wide over extra ground going into the bend. BIGTIME BOY (8) - Shifted in and hampered another runner going into the bend.
Race 4	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C2/3 - C2/3 - 305	BIGTIME SPEEDY (6) - Was bumped and unbalanced going to the first corner and settled back. Was checked on the bend and went back to near the rear and stayed back for the remainder. ASTERIA (8) - Was clipped from behind going into the bend and inconvenienced and she stayed back for the remainder. Was referred to the Vet at the Trainers request and found to have a spike wound to the left hind foot.
Race 5	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C5 - C5 - 305	BIGTIME JANE (1) - Was crowded and lost ground after the start and stayed back. BIGTIME BLUE (2) - Was crowded and lost ground after the start but recovered to finish in 3rd place. BIGTIME STU (3) - Shifted in from the start and dictated the line of runners inside and they were inconvenienced. BIGTIME SUGAR (7) - Was slow to begin losing three lengths and settled back but did make up some ground for 5th place.
Race 6	HATRICK STAKES C2 - C2 - 520	BIGTIME SAM (2) - Checked off heels and shifted out going into the first bend and forced another runner wide. ALZHEIMERS (3) - Tightened after the start and went back to last and then drifted to finish a distance last. Was referred to the Vet and found to have infraspinatus muscle pain. ACE BALE (5) - Tightened after the start and settled back but recovered to make up ground for 3rd place. RUBBED OUT (6) - Tightened after the start and lost ground. Bumped and forced wide over extra ground on the first bend and stayed back. PATTY BOY (7) - Shifted in abruptly from the start and caused tightening and checks to other runners which lost ground.
Race 7	AON CPF C3 - C3 - 520	DANLEE NIGHT OUT (3) - Shifted ground after the start and collided with another runner with both losing ground and they stayed well back. BIGTIME DAZZLER (5) - Went up with the box lids losing three lengths. BIGTIME LIGHT (6) - Was bumped and checked soon after the start and stayed well back throughout the remainder.
Race 8	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C2/3 - C2/3 - 305	OPAWA BLAIR (2) - Was slow to begin and settled back where she stayed throughout the race. CAWBOURNE SANDY (7) - Was also slow to begin and stayed back throughout to finish last.
Race 9	THE ROCK 95.2FM C4/5 - C4/5 - 520	BIGTIME EVE (8) - Bumped when the start was made and unbalanced and settled back but improved during the run to finish in 5th place. BIGTIME MIA (9/2) - Slow to begin and settled back but ran on over the final stages to finish 6th.
Race 10	WANGANUI TOYOTA C2/3 - C2/3 - 305	HOMEBUSH BAILEY (4) - Began awkwardly and settled back and then drifted to eventually finish several lengths last and was referred to the Vet. Was found to have deep pectoral and tricep muscle pain on right side. AUDACIOUS ASSIN (8) - Began awkwardly and shifted in making contact and settled back. Raced wide over extra ground on the bend and finished in 2nd last place.
Race 11	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS WANGANUI C4 - C4 - 305	BIGTIME GEORGE (3) - Began awkwardly and went up with the box lids losing five lengths and he stayed well back throughout. AL'S GIRL (6) - Went off stride soon after the start and she drifted and finished a distance behind the other runners. Was referred to the Vet and found to have a gracilis muscle injury.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C4 - C4 - 305	POLLY THE DOLLY (4) - Shifted ground and bumped going to the first corner and was inconvenienced briefly. MAP MY RUN (7) - Shifted in from the start and checked off heels and was momentarily inconvenienced and lost ground.
