Judicial report: Trainer K.Williams was fined $ 100-00 under the provisions of Rule 45.11 of the Minor Infringement Table when presenting GURU SECRET 1.7 kilograms over its last start weight on 08.09.2017.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C2 - C2 - 305	BIGTIME AMELIA (3) - Shifted out abruptly from the start and forced another wide for a short distance. CAWBOURNE FROST (4) - Bumped after the start and briefly unbalanced. Galloped on heels going into the bend and checked losing several lengths and finished last. BRIGHTEYE'S SOUL (6) - Tightened going into the bend, made contact with the rail and was galloped on from behind losing several lengths and stayed back. Was referred to the Vet and cleared of injury. ALLEGRO BEAU (7) - Shifted in going into the bend and caused other runners to be severely checked losing all chance.
Race 2	FIRST SECURITY C1/2 - C1/2 - 520	METEOR VEGE (4) - Was checked going into the first bend, went back to the rear and stayed back to finish 7th. ZOYA BALE (6) - Raced handy to the lead until the final bend where she began to drift and eventually finished in 6th place. MAKING IT UP (7) - Was checked going into the first bend and stayed back for the remainder to finish last.
Race 3	LASER PLUMBING WANGANUI C2 - C2 - 305	BRILLIANT ASHLEE (8) - Was a late scratching a few minutes prior to start time when found to be lame with pain in a hock. The race was all clear.
Race 4	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C3 - C3 - 520	WATCH MY BACK (2) - Jostled with another runner going to the back straight and he lost momentum and stayed back to finish 2nd last. BIGTIME LIAM (6) - Jostled going to the back straight and was unbalanced losing ground and finished last.
Race 5	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C5 - C5 - 305	BIGTIME CRACKEM (1) - Was crowded going into the bend when in 2nd place and lost momentum briefly but recovered to hold 3rd place. BIGTIME SUGAR (2) - Was bumped after the start but held his position. Checked over heels and shifted out going into the bend. BIGTIME DOUG (3) - Was bumped after the start and unbalanced losing ground and stayed well back. SOZIN'S NOIR (4) - Was bumped from the outside after the start and lost momentum and he stayed back for the remainder.
Race 6	HAPPY BIRTHDAY NICK CHAPMAN C2 - C2 - 305	JUDGES CALL (4) - Bumped withe another runner going into the bend and was unbalanced losing ground and stayed back to finish last. GRACE SLICK (6) - Bumped and unbalanced for a short distance going into the bend and stayed back for the remainder to finish 7th.
Race 7	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1/2 - C1/2 - 520	BIGTIME MONTY (5) - Was bumped and unbalanced going into the first turn but held his place and went on to finish 3rd. BIGTIME OTTEY (6) - Was bumped and unbalanced going into the first turn but also held her place. Raced wide in the back straight and around the final bend and drifted to finish in last place.
Race 8	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C2 - C2 - 305	NGAKAWAU (4) - Shifted in going into the bend and crowded an inside runner which lost its position. HAWKESBURY FEVER (5) - Was bumped and unbalanced from the start but recovered after securing an inside run and finished 3rd. HALF SILVER FERN (6) - Shifted in abruptly from the start and collided with another runner losing several lengths and she stayed back for the remainder. ANOTHER SPIN (9/1) - Was crowded from the outside going into the bend and he lost his position and went back to the rear.
Race 9	Waterloo Cup (Group 1) Heats - C5 - 520	THE RIDE AIN'T OVER (4) - Was the slowest to begin and settled back. Was crowded from the outside going into the first turn and lost three lengths but made up ground well to finish in 4th place.
Race 10	WANGANUI TOYOTA C3 - C3 - 305	ACT NATURALLY (4) - Was the slowest to begin and he stayed well back throughout the race. PAT PATTERSON (8) - Was bumped and forced wide into the bend but recovered quickly and finished in 5th place. DREAMZONE (9/6) - Was bumped and forced wide into the bend losing momentum and she stayed back for the remainder and finished last.
Race 11	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS WANGANUI C3/4 - C3/4 - 305	BUTTERBALL (6) - Was one of the slowest to begin and she settled well back and never improved her position and finished in last place. TAKEAWAY (9/4) - Was also slow away from the boxes and stayed back throughout the race.
Race 12	BOOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C3/4 - C3/4 - 305	FABRELEE (4) - Was a little slow to begin but rushed up to be prominent going into the first corner but was checked back to near the rear and stayed back for the remainder.
