Judicial report: 1). Trainer R Adcock was fined the sum of $50.00 for failing to kennel HANNAH RHIANNON (Race 5) by the prescribed time.

2). OPAWA SHELDON - boxed first at the request of kennel representative N Breen. This greyhound will remain as a boxed first dog for its upcoming engagements.

3). Race 3 was delayed momentarily once the greyhounds had been loaded into the boxes due to ducks landing on the track. The all clear was delayed until such time as Stewards were afforded the opportunity to view all available films of the start and were satisfied that due to the extra time spent in the boxes no greyhound had had its chances of a fair start materially effected.

4). All available films will be further reviewed in the coming days and any matter arising will be dealt with subject to Rule 11.1 (b).

Referred to the veterinarian - cleared of injury. ULTRA ACTION (4) - squeezed for racing room entering the bend and had to steady before being obliged to check outwards off heels rounding the bend. JINNO GINO (5) - squeezed for racing room rounding the bend losing all momentum and its chance. Referred to the veterinarian - cleared of injury. ROAD BLOCK (6) - boxed first. Proved difficult to load. Warning placed on its pre race manners. Came down the track entering the bend placing pressure on inside runners and lost momentum for a stride. OXFORD RED (7) - ran wide exiting the bend and through the home straight. SARAYA JADE (8) - checked inwards off heels shortly after the start.
Race 2	A2B Asphalt Canterbury Dash - C4 - 295	ASSERTING POWER (1) - checked outwards off heels entering the bend and in consequence was touched from behind. MISS HARPER (2) - bumped from the outside prior to the bend losing ground. Squeezed entering the bend losing further ground. SOZIN'S NOIR (3) - contacted from the outside prior to the bend. SPEEDY RETURN (7) - boxed first. Came up with the lid and settled last. Made contact with heels entering the bend and had to re-balance. Referred to the Veterinarian - Cleared of injury.
Race 3	Carol's TAB Clendon Inn Stakes - C3 - 520	DYNA BOOMER (1) - checked outwards off heels entering the final bend inconveniencing outside runner. ALLEN HADRIAN (9/2) - squeezed for racing room prior to the first bend. DAVID'S LEGACY (3) - squeezed for racing room prior to the first bend having to check and lose ground. ROVER BALE (4) - squeezed for racing room prior to the first bend. Inconvenienced entering the final bend having to check. HARD QUESTIONS (5) - squeezed for racing room prior to the first bend having to check and lose ground. Checked outwards off heels rounding the final bend. GOLDSATR MILEY (6) - checked outwards off heels early stages. OPAWA PLUM (7) - squeezed for racing room prior to the first bend.
Race 4	I Pave Concrete Dash - C3 - 295	MAGIC MIKE (4) - slightly checked rounding the bend. HILTON OPEN (5) - began awkwardly. Checked from behind rounding the bend shifting up the track marginally. GENETIC MARLOW (6) - lost ground when awkwardly placed on heels rounding the bend.
Race 5	Thursday Place Pick Sprint - C4 - 295	INSIDE AFFAIR (3) - squeezed for racing room entering the bend before being dragged down losing ground. Faltered in its gait shortly afterwards. Referred to the Veterinarian - cleared of injury. GOLDSTAR SCOOTER (4) - began awkwardly and settled last. Checked entering the bend having to steady. DREAM LARGE (5) - squeezed for racing room entering the bend having to check and lose ground. Referred to the Veterinarian - Stood down for 28 days with a torn right gracilis. Trainer B Dann advised he would be retiring the greyhound from further racing. HOMEBUSH BANKER (6) - inconvenienced by checked runner rounding the bend and lost momentum.
Race 6	Glenbyre Tavern Sprint - C3 - 295	JINJA CREAM FIZZ (2) - awkwardly placed on heels and had to steady entering the bend. MAKERS MARK (3) - came out and contacted runner early stages. MY HOKI (5) - came in and contacted runner early stages. Awkwardly placed on heels and had to steady entering the bend. Ran wide through the home straight. HIGH DREAMER (7) - contacted early and lost balance.
Race 7	Shirley Vet Clinic Stakes - C4 - 520	BOSTON BILLY (1) - boxed first. MAJESTIC ACTION (2) - placed in restricted room exiting the final bend. OPAWA KEVIN (3) - squeezed for racing room prior to the first bend and again shortly after having to steady. Ran wide down the back straight. JUSTIN RYAN (4) - squeezed for racing room prior to first bend and again entering the back straight. Contacted inside runner exiting the bend. OPAWA TIMO (6) - contacted from the inside prior to the first bend and was slightly turned outwards.
Race 8	Mac Developments Distance - C0d - 645	DRAXLER (3) - raced in restricted room early stages and was unable to gain momentum. ROCK BOTTOM (5) - contacted from the inside early stages losing ground. Bumped from the inside exiting the final bend. Refereed to Veterinarian - found to have sustained a laceration consistent with being contacted however no stand down was deemed necessary.
Race 9	Kolorful Kanvas Distance - C1/2d - 645	OPAWA RACER (4) - weakened concluding stages. Referred to the Veterinarian - No abnormalities detected. TRANSLATOR (6) - squeezed and had to steady early stages. KNOW JINX (7) - squeezed and bumped from the inside before being obliged to check out off heels. VICARIOUS (8) - forced wide entering the home straight on the first occasion.
Race 10	Christchuirch Casino Stakes - C5 - 520	RIDE AIN'T OVER (2) - checked outwards off heels on several occasions through out the run to the first bend. Checked off heels again rounding the same bend. FAIR PIPPA (4) - bumped with runner rounding the first bend. HELSKI BALE (5) - raced in restricted room early stages. Again raced in restricted room entering the first bend and had to check off heels. held up for racing room rounding the final bend. EPIC DREAM (6) - squeezed and had to check outwards early stages. OPAWA JIMBO (8) - slow early. Bumped with inside runner rounding the first bend.
Race 11	Active Electrical Christchurch Dash - C5 - 295	WOW MADONNA (1) - boxed first. OHOKA CLARE (2) - contacted outside runner early stages. Terminally checked by falling runner entering the bend. Referred to the Veterinarian - Cleared of injury. KNOW SCRUTINY (3) - contacted from the inside early stages. Placed in restricted room and had to check entering the bend losing ground. bumped with inside runner exiting the bend. OPAWA SHELDON (4) - boxed first. Began awkwardly. Bumped with outside runner exiting the bend. SOPOAGA (5) - contacted and dragged down entering the bend falling to the track and checking trailing runners. Referred to the Veterinarian - Cleared of injury SMASH THAT (6) - boxed first. Awkwardly placed between runners entering the bend and had to check.
Race 12	Livamol Sprint - C5 - 295	JINJA BRIAN (2) - raced in restricted room prior to the bend and had to steady losing momentum. KNOW HASSLE (9/4) - slow early. Had to steady and lose momentum entering the bend. SWEET ABBY LEE (7) - squeezed for racing room in run to the bend. Awkwardly placed to the inside of runner rounding the bend.
