Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: (1) Handler G.Tapiki was fined $ 50-00 under the provisions of Rule 47.4 after failing to catch a greyhound as arranged in race 7. (2) Due to a misunderstanding, QUISTIS BALE from race 5 was thought to have been the first scratching and therefore FRONTAL LOBE entered this race from 1st reserve. In fact, CAWBOURNE FOXY from race 7 should have been the first scratching and FRONTAL LOBE should have entered this field from 1st reserve. This error was only discovered towards the end of the nights racing and further inquiries will be made to establish how the mistake was made.
