Judicial report: Trainers Lammas & Morris were fined $ 50-00 under Rule 44.8 (b) of the Minor Infringement Table when failing to present the Registration Papers for CAWBOURNE FROST an entrant in Race 12.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C2 - C2 - 305	SNOW BALL CHANCE (1) - Shifted out several widths going to the first turn and caused checks to other runners. FAIR CRUZIN (2) - Was a little slow to begin and was then hampered soon after and settled back where she stayed throughout. SPRITE ON TIME (4) - Hampered and lost ground going to the first corner and she never recovered and finished well back. LET'S GO SPRITE (7) - Checked going to the first turn when another runner shifted out into his line and he lost momentum. CAWBOURNE OWEN (8) - Hampered going to the first turn and briefly unbalanced but recovered to finish in 3rd place.
Race 2	FIRST SECURITY C2 - C2 - 520	JINJA LOREN (1) - Led from the start until approaching the home straight where he began to tire and drift and eventually finished in last place.
Race 3	LASER PLUMBING WANGANUI C4 - C4 - 305	CAWBOURNE ELPASO (1) - Settled back from the start and then checked over heels going into the bend and lost momentum but recovered quickly to finish in 4th place. SEDGEBROOK BABE (8) - Settled back and raced wide in the early and middle stages but failed to run on despite having clear racing room ahead.
Race 4	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI FINAL C1 - C1 - 520	OPAWA GAIL (4) - Settled back and was then checked going into the first turn and lost ground back to the rear where she stayed throughout the remainder. CAWBOURNE BARCIA (7) - Was the slowest to begin and settled back. Was checked going into the first turn and she stayed well back for the remainder of the race.
Race 5	THE ROCK 95.2FM C5 - C5 - 305	SO OVER IT (1) - Was jostled and became unbalanced for a short distance in the back straight. BIGTIME ELLIE (2) - Jostled and inconvenienced for a short distance going to the first turn. BIGTIME JESS (3) - Jostled for a short distance going to the first turn but recovered to finish in 2nd place. BEAR INDA SQUARE (6) - Was slow to begin and stayed back throughout. BIGTIME REDFOO (8) - Slow to begin and also stayed well back throughout.
Race 6	WANGANUI TOYOTA C2 - C2 - 305	CAWBOURNE HINT (1) - Was involved in jostling for some distance going to the first corner and as a result was unbalanced, lost ground and went back to near the rear and stayed there. EL HEFE (3) - Jostled for some distance after the start, becoming unbalanced losing ground and he never recovered and finished well back.
Race 7	AON CPF C2 - C2 - 305	UNO BRENT (2) - Was the slowest to begin losing two lengths but made up ground well with a clear run through to win the race. CAWBOURNE DORA (6) - Was bumped and briefly unbalanced going into the bend, lost ground and stayed well back for the remainder.
Race 8	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C4 - C4 - 305	THUNDERATION (3) - Was bummped after the start and settled back where she stayed throughout the race. KIRKHAM KYLIE (6) - Jostled and briefly inconvenienced after the start. IT'S THE LOVELY (7) - Jostled and unbalanced after the start and settled back where she stayed throughout. ROCKY FOXTROT (8) - Jostled soon after the start and was inconvenienced for a short distance, lost ground and stayed well back for the remainder.
Race 9	NZ Racing Series Advanced Final - NZRSf - 520	SPRING ALLEGRO (1) - Appeared to become unbalanced going into the final bend and lost four lengths and stayed back to finish last. BIGTIME POWER (2) - Shifted out off heels going into the first turn and lost ground. ABSINTHE MINDED (4) - Was dictated out and unbalanced losing ground going into the first turn and he stayed well back to finish 7th. BIGTIME BELL (6) - Was forced wide over extra ground into the first bend but kept up a strong run to finish in 3rd place.
Race 10	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C2/3 - C2/3 - 520	BLACKJACK MAN (1) - Shifted out going into the first bend and made contact losing four lengths and never recovered. CAWBOURNE BUCKLE (4) - Was hampered going into the first bend and lost momentum for a short distance. WORLD FREAKSHOW (5) - Shifted out from the start and hampered runners drawn further out for a short distance. Shifted out again going to the first turn and again hampered other runners for a short distance. CAWBOURNE FOXY (6) - Inconvenienced when there was outward movement from another runner after the start and again going to the first turn. SILKY SOCK (7) - Hampered when the start was made and lost ground. ACE BALE (8) - Inconvenienced going to the first corner when there was outward movement from another runner but recovered well to win the race.
Race 11	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C3 - C3 - 305	The race was all clear.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C3 - C3 - 305	BIGTIME SHAKER (4) - Was checked going into the bend and lost ground. Was again checked entering the home straight when in contact and again lost ground and finished in the rear group. FEEL THE FORCE (5) - Was checked going into the bend losing ground and stayed back to finish in 7th place. CAWBOURNE POTTSY (6) - Was checked when in contact on the home turn and was unbalanced losing ground and finished in last place.
