Judicial report: DETECTIVE DASH (JTMcInerney) suspended for 28 days under Rule 79.1b for failing to pursue in Race 1 and required to complete a Satisfactory Trial.

Race 1	www.greyhoundsaspets.org.nz - C0 - 310	HOMEBUSH PANSY (1) - bumped into turn losing momentum. INKY LORD (3) - checked shortly after the jump. PRINCELY GOLD (4) - checked outwards off heels into turn checking trailing runner. GOLDSTAR DELTA (5) - slow to jump and checked shortly afterwards. DETECTIVE DASH (7) - ran inwards from the jump checking runners to inside. Into the straight when reaching the lead voluntarily eased up and turned head inwards losing momentum and finishing in 2nd place. A post race veterinary check revealed no injury with Stewards charging the greyhound under Rule 79.1b with failing to pursue the lure in a race. A 28 day suspension was imposed with the greyhound required to complete a Satisfactory Trial before resuming. This suspension was subsequently rescinded and replaced with a 21 day stand down for a swollen leg after being represented to the veterinary surgeon at Addington on 20 April.
Race 2	Otago GRC Maiden Sprint - C0 - 310	JUST JAMES (1) - ran outwards on turn dictating other runners wide. SOZIN'S GALAXY (2) - forced wide on turn. JINJA RULES (3) - checked at the jump. AFRICAN VIOLET (4) - shifted inwards at jump checking runner to inside. HOMEBUSH CARCA (5) - pushed outwards into turn checking runner to outside. Clipped from behind into turn losing all chance. COCO BANGO (6) - slow to jump. Shifted outwards into turn checking improving runner on outside. ESKIMO CHILL (7) - checked into turn and then clipped rear of another runner and lost all chance. HOMEBUSH IVANA (8) - became unbalanced and lost momentum when running inwards at the jump bumping runner to inside. Severely checked into turn when improving to outside and lost ground. Forced wide on turn.
Race 3	Brian Bagley Driver Licensing Stakes - C1 - 545	MISS BLUE SKY (1) - ran outwards from the jump checking runner to outside. Again ran outwards into first turn dictating runner wide. Ran wide in straight. SPRING SAM (2) - slow to jump and then checked shortly afterwards. LIGHT THAW (4) - tightened between runners at jump losing ground early. SHADY SNAPPER (6) - slow to jump. THORACIC (7) - dictated wide into first turn.
Race 4	Green Island Barber Sprint - C1 - 310	KNOCKA FEW BACK (1) - heels clipped in run to the turn losing momentum. OPAWA ROCKET (4) - slow to jump losing ground early and then checked in run to the turn. Further forced to check off heels in straight.. NIPPA EEL (5) - slow to jump then tightened between runners. HOMEBUSH PATRIOT (6) - dictated inwards in run to the turn checking trailing runner. Dictated wide on turn. OZARK'S WATCH (7) - ran inwards in run to the turn dictating runner to inside down on track. Ran outwards in straight forcing another runner wide on track. DEBORAH BAY (9/3) - checked in run to the turn clipping heels of runner to inside and further checking trailing runner. Ran outwards on turn dictating runner outwards and then forced wide in straight.
Race 5	Keyosk Service Bar Sprint - C2 - 310	RIB CURLER (1) - bumped into turn losing momentum. DEFINITE (2) - checked at jump. BOTANY VIKKI (3) - ran inwards at jump checking runner to inside. STORMY SUNDAY (4) - bumped into turn losing ground.
Race 6	Brocklebanks Dry Cleaners Stakes - C1/2 - 545	PIANISSIMO (4) - checked into first turn. Ran wide throughout. LUCIASTAR (5) - checked from the jump. Shifted ground inwards into first turn checking trailing runner. NO TINKERBELL (9/2) - ran sharply outwards at the jump checking runner to outside.
Race 7	Otago Daily Times Stakes - C3/4 - 545	RIDE AIN'T OVER (5) - pushed outwards in run to the first turn tightening runner to outside. Checked outwards across heels on first turn dictating trailing runners wide on track and losing considerable ground. Pushed wide in back straight. KNOW SCHOLAR (6) - tightened between runners into first turn losing momentum. Checked and pushed wide on first turn. Ran wide in back straight forcing another runner wide on track. PIPE DREAM (8) - ran inwards into first turn checking runner to inside. Dictated wide on first turn.
Race 8	Speedprint Shop Sprint - C2/3 - 310	BOTANY ALAN (1) - clipped heels of another runner into straight losing momentum. SEEKING BAXTER (2) - heels clipped into straight losing momentum. OFF THE TEAM (4) - faltered on the turn and drifted backwards to finish at the rear. A post race veterinary check revealed a suspected fracture to hind leg to be x-rayed with a 28 day stand down recommended. .HOMEBUSH JUSTINE (8) - checked on turn. FLAMING SAMBUCA (9/6) - ran outwards on turn bumping and checking runner to outside.
Race 9	St Kilda Veterinary Centre Sprint - C2/3 - 310	ZIPPING CLYDE (2) - checked turning for home losing ground. KNOW LOGIC (3) - shifted ground outwards turning into the straight checking runners to outside. WEARS THE GOLD (4) - dictated outwards turning for home losing ground. PADDY THE BAKER (6) - bounded at the jump losing ground. MISSISSIPPI GIRL (7) - forced outwards on the turn and clipped another runner falling and taking no competitive part in the race. A post race veterinary check revealed no injury.
Race 10	Dunedin Cup - C5 - 545	SOUTHERN LIGHTS (3) - tightened into first turn losing ground. HARD QUESTIONS (6) - ran wide into first turn losing ground and dictating another runner wide. LETRON JAMES (7) - ran wide in back straight. KNOW JINX (9/4) - dictated wide into first turn losing ground. Ran wide in back straight.
Race 11	Dave Robbie Photographer Sprint - C5 - 310	FIREMANS GALAXY (3) - checked into the turn losing ground. TECHNIC (4) - checked into turn and forced outwards losing ground. HOMEBUSH KELSO (6) - pushed inwards into the turn checking runner to inside. KNOW SCRUTINY (8) - ran inwards into turn checking runner to inside.
Race 12	Racing Again Tuesday 9th May - C4 - 310	BOTANY COLD (2) - severely checked into turn losing all chance. STORMING NORM (3) - shifted outwards at jump tightening runner to outside. STORMING MACK (4) - checked at the jump. SUPER BAD (5) - checked into turn and forced wide losing all chance. SUPER BAD (5) - severely checked into turn losing all chance. SOUTHERN MIST (6) - shifted inwards into turn checking runner to inside. Heels clipped into turn, falling and taking no competitive part in the race. As a consequence checking other runners severely. A post race veterinary check revealed no injury. HOMEBUSH BANKER (8) - ran inwards into turn clipping heels of another runner, running wide and losing ground.
