Judicial report: 1) Trainer R Blackburn was issued with a warning under Rule 43.11 after incorrectly nominating HARSESIS for today's races after it competed yesterday. 2) EPIC NUNU (McCook & Jopson) completed a satisfactory trial under Rule 68.18 and shall race in blinkers in future starts. 3) ASSERTING POWER (A Bradshaw) was stood down for 28 days under Rule 79.1.b. after failing to pursue the lure during Race 6.

FILL THE TILL (4) - Angled inwards into bend when taking lead and became unbalanced for a stride. Brushed with CANNONBALL BOLT for a stride home turn. COCO BANGO (5) - Slow to jump. Pushed wide into bend. OHOKA PHEOBE (6) - Slow to jump. MANHATTAN STYLE (7) - Hard to box. Pushed wide into bend. CANNONBALL BOLT (8) - Brushed with FILL THE TILL for a stride home turn.
Race 4	Christchurch Casino Stakes - C1 - 520	DEAD WONG (1) - Checked from outside early stages. Ran outwards into first bend. WAIMAC (2) - Ran wide first bend. CAWBOURNE RIDGE (3) - Tightened and ran inwards early stages. Shifted up the track into first bend. Checked home turn losing momentum. VICARIOUS (4) - Badly tightened and lost ground first bend. POETIK (6) - Forced wide first bend. OPAWA LASS (7) - Very slow to jump. Ran wide back straight. Badly held up home turn. PIPE DREAM (8) - Hampered first bend losing ground.
Race 5	Glenbyre Tavern Dash - C0 - 295	FLOWER BOMB (1) - Came together with MACHINE MAN home straight. SWEET AS BRAD (3) - Badly checked between runners home turn losing ground. AURORA (4) - Slow to jump. MACHINE MAN (5) - Ran outwards home turn and came together with FLOWER BOMB and stumbled home straight. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. Race 6	Chris & Lisa Earl Sprint - C0 - 295	MAGIC VELVET (1) - Settled well back after being checked early stages. LOKIE (2) - Ran inwards early stages. Ran wide home turn. ASSERTING POWER (3) - Shifted up the track and turned its head outwards early stages. Again turned head into bend. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. Stood down for 28 days under Rule 79.1.b. for failing to pursue the lure and must complete trial. GAME CONTROLLER (4) - Slow to jump. Raced wide home turn. EPIC BLU (5) - Badly checked into bend when well back. SOZIN'S ANGEL (7) - Turned sideways home turn when checked from behind.
Race 7	Flair Dash - C1 - 295	ELORA (1) - Ran outwards back straight making contact with runners then pushed back down the track and fell being forced under the rail. Assessed by vet and found to have concussion. ROYAL ACTION (3) - Tightened from outside then badly checked by ELORA early stages. SOZIN'S BLUE (4) - Clear last on jumping. BUDGIE RIGHT (5) - Tightened by outside runners back straight. OPAWA SHORT (6) - Tightened by outside runners back straight. GOLDSTAR ARCHIE (7) - Tightened by outside runner back straight. Checked outwards off heels home turn. NGAKAWAU (8) - Ran inwards back straight crowding inside runners.
Race 8	Shirley Vet Clinic Stakes - C1 - 520	FAB ACTION (1) - Tightened along rail into first bend. Dragged down end of back straight. DORA DUFRAN (2) - Jostled with another runner first bend.
