Judicial report: 1). MR. MARINE (Race 2) was a late scratching due to kennel cough.

2). CHICAGO BLACK (Race 4) was a late scratching at kenneling after being found to have a punctured pad on its 3rd toe right front foot.

3). MAGIC DOZER (Race 7) was a late scratching at kenneling after being found to have bruising to its right hind gracilis.

4). EPIC WOPPA (Race 12) was a late scratching after being found to have a sprain to its left front 4th toe.

REPLICA YELLA (4) - forced outwards in run to first bend making contact with outside runner. LETRON JAMES (6) - contacted from inside runner prior first bend. TAMARA MAY (8) - began awkwardly.

Race 5	Thursday Place Pick Distance - C0d - 645	KNOW SCHOLAR (4) - checked out off heels entering home straight first occasion. SPRING SAM (5) - squeezed early stages.
