Race 1	Robbie's Bar & Bistro Feature - C3 - 295	LITTLE COMET (4) - Bumped and unbalanced soon after the start and settled back and finished several lengths last. Was referred to the Vet and cleared of injury. IRIS EYES (5) - Bumped and unbalanced and settled back after the start and stayed back. PEP'S TERRA (7) - Made contact with the rail on the home turn, was referred to the Vet and cleared of injury. HOMEBUSH SCRIBE (8) - Was a late scratching due to kennel cough.
Race 2	Spectators Bar & Bistro Feature - C4 - 295	EXTRA CREDIT (1) - Was bumped soon after the start and lost ground. Then raced wide on the bend over extra ground. SUPER BAD (6) - Forced wide over extra ground on the bend and stayed back. SARCASM (7) - Forced wide on the bend over extra ground but recovered to finish in 3rd place.
Race 3	Steve Anngow Drapes & Blinds Ph 0272719588 Feature - C2 - 520	OPAWA JIMBO (1) - Jostled going to the first corner and briefly unbalanced. CHICAGO BLACK (5) - Was handy in the early stages but began to drift in the back straight and finished several lengths last and was referred to the Vet and cleared of injury. OAKS HILL (9/3) - Slow to begin and was then jostled going to the first corner and went back to a clear last and stayed there for the remainder.
Race 4	Nina's Girl Feature - R/A - 520	FAIR PIPPA (1) - Went off stride with a circuit to run and drifted to finish a distance last and was referred to the Vet and found to have a groin strain. FLAMING SAMBUCA (2) - Began awkwardly losing two lengths. CAWBOURNE JAZZY (4) - Shifted out on jumping away and bumped losing momentum briefly. ALBIE PUNTER (5) - Was bumped and unbalanced when the start was made but recovered quickly. MISCHIEF MANAGED (6) - Was a late scratching at 6.35 pm with kennel cough.
Race 5	Mac Developments Place Pick Feature - C5 - 520	EBERT BALE (2) - Jostled going to the first turn and went back to near the rear and stayed back. KNOW ANSWER (3) - Jostled going to the first turn and went back to near the rear and never recovered. LETRON JAMES (8) - The slowest to begin and then raced wide throughout over extra ground but still finished in 3rd place.
Race 6	Chris & Lisa Earl Feature - C5 - 295	KIRKHAM COBY (1) - Shifted out to race wide on the first bend over extra ground. KIRKHAM WEBBY (3) - Crowded and shuffled back to the rear early. Then forced wide into the bend over extra ground. SPEEDY RETURN (4) - Began awkwardly losing ground and then crowded and shuffled back to the rear early. Then forced wide over extra ground on the bend. NEW THANG (5) - Crowded and shuffled back to the rear early but recovered to finish 4th. SMASH THAT (9/2) - Began awkwardly losing ground and stayed back throughout.
Race 7	The Fitz Sports Bar Galaxy - C5f - 295	KIHAEL KALUNA (2) - Was awkwardly positioned in restricted room going to the first turn and shuffled back to the rear and stayed back. FIREMANS GALAXY (4) - Was awkwardly placed in restricted room going into the first bend and then raced wide over extra ground and finished last. CAWBOURNE ELPASO (7) - Raced wide on the bend but made up ground well for 4th placing.
Race 8	One Good Horse Restaurant & Bar Feature - C3 - 520	HARD QUESTIONS (6) - Was slow to begin and then bumped and unbalanced going into the first bend, shifted wide and stayed back to finish in last place. GOLDSTAR DALLAS (8) - Was slow to begin and settled back and bumped and unbalanced on the first bend and stayed well back for the remainder.
Race 9	Christchurch Casino New Zealand Cup - C5f - 520	BERRIDALE LAD (1) - Was one of the slowest to begin and settled back but made up ground well to finish in 3rd place. LUMINARY (2) - Jostled and inconvenienced in the early stages and stayed well back throughout. EPIC DREAM (3) - Jostled and inconvenienced in the early stages and lost ground.
Race 10	Carol's T.A.B. Clendon Inn Feature - R/A - 520	SHIFT THE BLAME (5) - Shifted out to race wide on the first bend and stayed out wide throughout the remainder and finished last.
Race 11	I Pave Concrete Sockburn Cup - C2d - 732	GOLDSTAR COCO (1) - Jostled and inconvenienced for a short distance going to the first turn. GOLDSTAR AVERY (2) - Bumped with other runners going into the first turn and never recovered the lost ground. TEEMARIA (3) - Jostled and inconvenienced for a short distance going to the first turn. SHANDELL (4) - Bumped and unbalanced going to the first corner and lost ground back to the rear. PHANTOM WAY (5) - Jostled and unbalanced going into the first turn and stayed well back. KNOW WORTH (6) - Checked from the start and settled back. Raced wide over extra ground throughout but made up ground well.
Race 12	A2B Asphalt Canterbury Feature - C4 - 520	HELENA ALLEN (2) - Was clipped from behind and unbalanced going into the first turn and lost momentum briefly. BENJAMIN BLACK (4) - Was momentarily held up on the home turn but finished well for 2nd when into clear running. CAWBOURNE CLOVER (6) - Bumped and briefly unbalanced on the first bend. CAWBOURNE GUNNA (7) - Bumped and forced a little wide into the first bend.
