Judicial report: Trainer W Kite was fined $ 100-00 under the provisions of Rule 69.11 when FUNKY FREDDY was up in weight by 1.7 kilograms from his last start weight on 29.04.16

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C2 - C2 - 305	JOEY BAXTER and FAST RIGBY bumped together and were unbalanced going to the first turn and they lost ground and went back to the rear where they stayed for the remainder of the race. BELFAST EEJIT galloped on the heels of ASA CASH QUEEN going into the bend and they both lost momentum for a short distance.
Race 2	DOPEY DOG LASER ENGRAVING C2 - C2 - 305	AVEDON JEETER was slow to begin losing three lengths but made up ground to finish in 4th place. AVEDON JEETER was injured at the lure and was referred to the Vet for assessment. VENGA GUAPA, UNO BRENT, THAT'S A WRAP, VIVA LA VIXEN and HOMEBUSH OLIVE jostled together for a short distance soon after the start and were unbalanced briefly. HOMEBUSH OLIVE shifted in and collided with VENGA GUAPA going into the bend and they went back to the rear and stayed there until the finish.
Race 3	LASER PLUMBING C1/2 - C1/2 - 520	SCOOTER'S ROSE shifted out from the start and crowded CAWBOURNE WEB and CAWBOURNE STEPS and they both lost ground and settled at the rear. MAGIC WHITELOCK was one of the best to begin but then began to lose ground on the first bend and continued to drift back through the field and finished in last place.MAGIC WHITELOCK was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have quadricep muscle pain.
Race 4	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	BECOMING PAW and VITO BAXTER bumped together when the start was made and they lost ground and settled back. BECOMING PAW then drifted off the back of the field and finished several lengths last and was referred to the Vet for assessment. He was found to have pain in the left pectoral muscle and in the left and right gracilis muscles.
Race 5	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	HOMEBUSH ZANE shifted in going to the first corner and caused checks to MEGA JET, ALLEGRO CLASS, NO TIME YET and HOMEBUSH FLYTE which all lost ground with HOMEBUSH FLYTE and NO TIME YET the most affected and they stayed back to finish in the last two places. ALLEGRO CLASS appeared unbalanced following the incident and shifted in going into the bend and made firm contact with the rail. He was referred to the Vet for assessment and cleared of injury. HOMEBUSH FLYTE was referred to the Vet for assessment at the Handlers request and found to have gracilis muscle pain.
Race 6	FIRST SECURITY C2 - C2 - 305	MANU RAMA and ALLEGRO SENOR were slow away from the boxes and they settled back and stayed there throughout the race. HOMEBUSH SLINKY was referred to the Vet for assessment at the Handlers request and found to have general soreness and mild acidosis.
Race 7	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS WANGANUI C2/3 - C2/3 - 305	FUNKY FREDDY weighed 1.7 up in weight from his last start on 29.04.16. ( Refer to Judicial section ) HOMEBUSH CHAOS crossed quickly from box 7 and caused crowding to several runners with ASTERIA, FUNKY FREDDY and GLAD'S APOPPING the most affected and they lost ground and settled back.
Race 8	THE ROCK 95.2FM C2/3 - C2/3 - 305	CAWBOURNE ROWAN clipped the heels of the leader CHAIMBO going into the bend and fell and RAPPER DASH was unable to avoid the fallen runner and also fell. TONGARIRO was also hampered and lost ground in the incident. CAWBOURNE ROWAN and RAPPER DASH regained their feet and finished the race and were referred to the Vet for assessment. RAPPER DASH suffered a carpus injury and CAWBOURNE ROWAN suffered a toe laceration.
Race 9	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C3/4 - C3/4 - 520	AUNTY TRACE, OPAWA SHAY, OPAWA JACKIE and RED EXPRESS jostled together going into the first corner and they were all briefly unbalanced and lost momentum. SWIFTLY CHLOE was checked when in 3rd position going into the final bend and she lost four lengths in the incident.
Race 10	WANGANUI TOYOTA NZ Futurity Final - R/Af - 520	CAWBOURNE COOKS from box 8 shifted in abruptly from the start and crowded several runners with OPAWA SHACKLEY, OUR GYPSY and TOP PROSECUTOR all affected and they settled back. KAVA BLU, OPAWA SHACKLEY, CAWBOURNE CLOVER and TOP PROSECUTOR then jostled together going into the first bend and they ran wide, lost ground and settled at the rear.
Race 11	AON CPF C4 - C4 - 305	ALLEGRO BOOM led into the bend but was checked when DOWNGRADE KING moved through on the inside and she never recovered and finished in 7th place. WHY OH WHY was hampered and unbalanced going into the bend and she lost ground and never recovered and finished in last place.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C4 - C4 - 305	ALLEGRO CHASER shifted in from the start and caused crowding and jostling to JINJA COLL, BRILLIANT JAYLA and THUNDERATION and they were all unbalanced for a short distance. ALLEGRO CHASER and JINJA COLL came together again in the race to the first corner and they both lost ground and stayed back to finish at the rear.
