SOME EXCITEMENT and EKALI were slow to jump. From the jump FIESTY FORTUNE shifted ground outwards from the No. 2 box tightening GO MCINDOE and ROOKIE RACER on her outer. Into the turn FIESTY FORTUNE ran outwards colliding with ROOKIE RACER before falling after being clipped from behind by the trailing GO MCINDOE who was forced outwards dictating SOME EXCITEMENT wide on the track. ROOKIE RACER lost all chance in the race losing considerable ground. FIESTY FORTUNE recovered her feet to finish the race a distant last and was subject to a veterinary check which revealed no injury.
