| Race 1 | Super Pets Dash - C3 - 295 | BOTANY WIN (5) and SPIDER GIRL (6) bumped at the start. BOTANY WIN shifted inwards in the early stages and came together with KNOW FAVOURS (3). BOTANY WIN and KNOW FAVOURS continued to jostle racing into the first bend resulting in KNOW FAVOURS losing ground. Racing into the first bend ZULU BRO (8) shifted down the track tightening WEE TERRA (9), HOMEBUSH BRUNO (4), NORMAN JEWEL (2) and SPIDER GIRL with WEE TERRA losing momentum. Rounding the bend NORMAN JEWEL shifted outwards forcing HOMEBUSH BRUNO wider on the track. |
| Race 2 | Hurunui Hotel Dash - C4 - 295 | The start of this race was delayed two minutes at the request of the TAB. COSTING MONEY (7) checked off the heels of OPULENT (5) in the early stages and lost ground. Racing into the first bend SPUD GUN (6) shifted down the track checking TERRA ANNIE (2) with the trailing HOMEBUSH KELSO (4) and OPULENT also being checked. TERRA ANNIE and HOMEBUSH KELSO were examined by the Vet and cleared of injury. |
| Race 3 | Thursday Place Pick Sprint - C3 - 295 | EYREWELL HAWKE (3), KNOW SKILL (4) and EYE ADAM (5) came together in the early stages with KNOW SKILL losing several lengths. EYREWELL HAWKE and EYE ADAM continued to jostle racing along the back straight. Racing into the first bend EYREWELL HAWKE, EYE ADAM and JASPER HAKA (7) collided with OPAWA OPAL (8) also being checked. KNOW SKILL was checked by JASPER HAKA rounding the bend. JASPER HAKA collided with OPAWA OPAL shortly after. |
| Race 4 | Islington Tavern Stakes - C4/5 - 520 | WILLIS (2) and CAWBOURNE WITCH (4) came together at the start. WILLIS and IZZEY BALE (6) bumped in the early stages. Racing into the first bend BOOSTIN' was dragged down by BOTANY KEVIN (7) simultaneous to the trailing WILLIS being dragged down by CAWBOURNE WITCH after WILLIS became awkwardly placed on the heels of BOTANY KEVIN. IZZEY BALE was also checked in this incident. Rounding the first bend IZZEY BALE checked outwards after being crowded by BOTANY KEVIN. BOOSTIN' faltered rounding the final bend and dropped to the rear. BOTANY KEVIN shifted outwards abruptly leaving the final bend to avoid BOOSTIN'. BOOSTIN' was referred to the Vet for assessment. |

ZEBIDIAH shifted down the track approaching the first bend checking QUESTION BALE. ZEBIDIAH and HOMEBUSH CHOPPER came together rounding the bend. |

Approaching the first bend BIG MUDDY was crowded by SPRINKLES and lost momentum. Racing into the first bend SPRINKLES made contact with the rear of SOPHIE'S TERRA which became unbalanced and lost ground. CAMSIDE GOLD (7) checked off the heels of COLLECTING MONEY (8) rounding the bend. |
| Race 7 | Coalgate Tavern Stakes - C2 - 520 | JEWEL APACHE (6) was slow to begin. MEMORY LAPSE (1) and OPAWA KENDAL (3) came together racing into the first bend. UGO FLASH (2) and KNOW CERTAINTY (4) also made contact racing into the first bend. Leaving the back straight KNOW CERTAINTY and RUN ZOLA (7) bumped. Rounding the final bend KNOW CERTAINTY was checked when positioned between MEMORY LAPSE and RUN ZOLA with the trailing OPAWA KENDAL and JEWEL APACHE also being hampered. Shortly after NO LEAF CLOVER and GOLDSTAR CHUMLEE (3) came together. OHOKA COBY and NO LEAF CLOVER collided in the early stages of the run home. |
