Judicial report: 1) Trainer B Dann was fined $50.00 as per the Minor Infringements Table after admitting a breach of Rule 71.4 when PROTONIC PEDRO was without a catcher at the conclusion of Race 5. 2) Handler G Tapiki was fined $50.00 as per the Minor Infringements Table after admitting a breach of Rule 71.2 when failing to retrieve TEE TIME from the kennels by the prescribed time for Race 8.

Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C3 - 295	RUN FOR SOPHIE (1) shifted up the track in the back straight coming together with INCREASING (3) and losing ground. MISS SOFTY (5) was also inconvenienced at this stage and dropped to the rear. RUN FOR SOPHIE received a further check into the bend when racing to the inside of OPAWA OPAL (8). RUN FOR SOPHIE then scouted wide around the home turn. When questioned in regards to the improved performance of the winner BELLWAVE (4) the connections advised that the dog has recently downgraded and had improved with its last run as it was its first for 6 weeks and had been trialling well of late.
Race 2	Elite Scaffolding Sprint - C3/4 - 295	OPAWA IDOL (3) was last to jump. HOMEBUSH ZANE (4) ran inwards into the bend checking RED HOT FURY (2) which dropped to the rear. OPAWA IDOL and WHITEY'S GONE (7) were also inconvenienced at this stage. RED HOT FURY angled outwards on the home turn pushing WHITEY'S GONE over extra ground.
Race 3	Thursday Place Pick Dash - C3 - 295	IMPERSONATOR (6) was checked into the bend as BOTANY WIN (7) ran inwards. Soon after CHAIMBO (9) angled outwards pushing DILLMANSTOWN (4) and CHOKEHOLD (8) wider on the track. ADROIT (5) ran wide on the home turn losing ground.
Race 4	Bill's Bar & Bistro Dash - C3/4 - 295	CHARLIE'S CHOICE (5) was last to jump. DEE (6) ran inwards in the early stages checking RUSTY KNIFE (4) and QUESTION BALE (3). SMASH RUMOUR (1) was tightened and ran outwards into the bend causing checks to RUSTY KNIFE and DEE.
Race 5	Carol's T.A.B. Stakes - C2 - 520	BLACK SAILS (6) was last to jump. ELWOOD SENSATION (3) lost ground in the early stages when checking between KNOW LAUGHING (2) and PLUTONIUM (9). PROTONIC PEDRO (7) lost ground into the first bend as KINLOCH POWER (10) ran outwards. BLACK SAILS ran wide around the first bend. JINJA LOCH (1) shifted up the track in the home straight hampering PLUTONIUM for a few strides. Following the race VOUSSOIR (8) was referred to the vet for assessment.
Race 6	H W Scaffolding Dash - C5 - 295	BUSINESS AFFAIR (1) was a touch slow to jump. NO LEAF CLOVER (7) ran inwards in the early stages dictating GOLDSTAR CHUMLEE (10) down the track. LITTLE REGUS (5) shifted up the track in the run home pushing BUSINESS AFFAIR wider.
Race 7	I Pave Concrete Stakes - C2/3 - 520	OPAWA DIESEL (3) was last to jump. OPAWA STELLA (6) was tightened between runners in the run to the first bend and lost ground. FLYING AMELIA (8) was badly dragged down on the first bend by EXPECT DELAY (2) with FLYING AMELIA losing ground. STICH UP (4), HIS LORDSHIP (7) and OPAWA STELLA all lost ground as a result of this incident. CAWBOURNE WAR (5) was held up for clear racing room on the home turn. Following this event FLYING AMELIA was referred to the vet for assessment and cleared of injury.
Race 8	David Emerson Consultancy Sprint - C5 - 295	HOMEBUSH ROCKY (4) and ZORBA THE GREEK (5) brushed together in the early stages with OPULENT (10) also losing ground. HOMEBUSH ROCKY checked off heels on the turn with ZORBA THE GREEK and WHEELCHAIR NORM (7) both pushed wide as a result. TERRA ANNIE (9) shifted up the track in the run home pushing WHEELCHAIR NORM wider on the track. The winner GRAND APACHE (1) took a tumble at the lure and referred to the vet for assessment and cleared of any abnormality.
Race 9	Erect Scaffolding Stakes - C4 - 520	JEMIMA TEE (8) was a late scratching at kenneling when found to be in season. OPAWA KAREN (7) was a shade slow to leave the traps. OPAWA ROCKY (4) was tightened in the early stages. When improving into the first bend OPAWA KAREN angled inwards causing some tightening to OPAWA TOM (6). Soon after OPAWA AMY (3) and GAME GIRL (5) came together for a stride. OPAWA ROCKY was held up on the final bend. OPAWA TOM ran wide on the point of the home turn.
Race 10	Dave Robbie Photographer Dash - C5 - 295	BIG MUDDY (10) and SOUMILLON (8) were the last pair from the traps. KERAMUS (1) angled outwards when improving into the bend briefly hampering PUMA PANTS (2) and CAMSIDE GOLD (6). SOUMILLON ran outwards on the bend pushing RAMBUNCTIOUS (7) over extra ground. CAMSIDE GOLD ran wide for a few strides in the home straight.
Race 11	Glenbyre Tavern Stakes - C4/5 - 520	JINJA TURTLE (6) was a clear last at the jump. CULVIE MAGIC (2) was tightened into the first bend as CAWBOURNE PHILIP (3) angled inwards with CULVIE MAGIC then running outwards and contacting BOTANY KEVIN (5) for a stride. JINJA TURTLE faltered on the home turn and dropped out to finish last with this dog being referred to the vet for assessment. LAGOON MAY (8) ran very wide on the home turn when well back.
Race 12	Livamol Sprint - C3/4 - 295	ANOTHER COLT (3) dropped to the rear in the early stages. VAN GERWIN (5) ran inwards in the back straight checking BO'S BUSINESS (4). Closer in KNOW JEALOUSY (1) was tightened as SPRINKLES (2) crossed to the rail. SMASH THAT (8) shifted up the track slightly on the home turn. ANOTHER COLT finished a clear last with kennel representatives being informed that an improved performance would be expected in upcoming starts.
