Judicial report: The endorsement on LONESOME NITRO under Rule 80.1 is hereby cancelled under Rule 80.7 after 10 clear runs.

Race 1	WELCOME DASH C4 - C4 - 305	BIG FAT GYPSY and STIFF DRINK bumped together soon after the start and they lost two lengths and stayed back throughout the race. STIFF DRINK galloped on the back of MISS SOFTY on the bend and they both lost ground with MISS SOFTY the most affected and she lost several lengths. BIG FAT GYPSY was also affected in the incident and lost ground. The winner OPAWA SHAIDEN was observed to be lame followiing the race, was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have wrist pain.
Race 2	ANGLO UPHOLSTERERS DASH C1 - C1 - 305	HOMEBUSH OLIVE was crowded when LAGOON FAME shifted in going into the bend and she dropped back onto the line of SKELETON WITCH which lost several lengths , went back to the rear and stayed there until the finish.
Race 3	THORNDON STAKES C3/4 - C3/4 - 520	THRILLING DYLAN shifted in from the start and jostled with KASIM and they lost ground and settled at the rear. AIR RAID shifted in going into the first corner and caused tightening and eventually a check to KNUCKLE BUMP which dropped back to the rear.
Race 4	CAPITAL PAVING PETONE C2 - C2 - 305	OLLIE BAXTER was slow to begin losing two lengths. CAWBOURNE CRAZY and COSMIC RASCAL bumped together when the start was made and they lost two lengths. CAWBOURNE CRAZY recovered and made up ground for 4th placing. OLLIE BAXTER shifted out on the bend and checked ANOTHER FANTASY and COSMIC RASCAL and they all lost ground and finished in the last three places.
Race 5	UPPER HUTT HIRE 04 5284473 C1 - C1 - 520	NITRO MARY was slow to begin losing two lengths. OPAWA TOKEN, ARCANE SABRE and ARCANE RAMPAGE jostled together for some distance going to the first corner and they lost ground and settled at the rear with ARCANE SABRE the most affected in the incident. NITRO MARY made firm contact with the rail going into the first bend and she bounced off and caused checks to CAWBOURNE ALPHA and WALL AGE with CAWBOURNE ALPHA in particular losing three lengths. NITRO MARY was referred to the Vet for assessment and cleared of injury.
Race 6	Brent Coull Memorial Final C2 - C2f - 305	CAWBOURNE BEAU shifted in from the start and hampered WELLYWOOD and HANIFY ACE for a short distance. WELLYWOOD and CAWBOURNE BEAU jostled together going into the bend and SMASHED EM BRO and HANIFY ACE were also involved and affected in the incident and they all lost grouund and stayed back to finish in the last four places.
Race 7	B & P Engineering C3 - C3 - 305	UNO HEIDI and HOMEBUSH TIARE jostled together for some distance going to the first corner and then ACAPELLA shifted in and checked HOMEBUSH TIARE which lost three lengths and he never recovered and finished in last place.
Race 8	Wellington Cup Final Gp1 C5 - C5f - 520	COOLABAH BLUE and LONESOME NITRO were slow to begin and settled back. LONESOME NITRO and VARGA FROST bumped going into the first bend and VARGE FROST lost two lengths. A short distance further on, LONESOME NITRO and COOLABAH BLUE bumped together losing momentum. REALLY CLEVER shifted in entering the back straight and checked COOLABAH BLUE which in turn shifted out and caused checks to MAMMY BROWN and CAWBOURNE BRICK which both lost two lengths and went back to the rear. MAMMY BROWN faltered on the final bend and drifted to finish several lengths last and was referred to the Vet for assessment and LONESOME NITRO was also referred to the Vet for assessment at the Trainers request. LONESOME NITRO was found to have a toe injury and MAMMY BROWN was cleared of injury. The representative from the L.Ahern kennels advised that they will report to the Stewards if anything untoward becomes apparent with MAMMY BROWN in subsequent days.
Race 9	Wellington Champion Sprint Final C5 - C5f - 305	ELLE PACKER began awkwardly losing two lengths. BOSTON BLAZE galloped on the heels of WHATS UP GEE going into the bend and they both lost four lengths and stayed back to finish in the last two places.
Race 10	STORAGE UNIT STILL IN USE C2 - C2 - 520	BACKYARD BULLY shifted out going to the first corner and hampered OPAWA JACKIE and MISS SELFIES and they both lost ground.
Race 11	COMMITTEE SPRINT C3 - C3 - 305	EMPTY TANK was slow to begin losing two lengths. CAWBOURNE ARIES, BIGTIME CHIP and HEY YOU jostled together for some distance in the race to the first corner and as a consequence, they all lost ground and settled back. SHOWEM BABY shifted out on the bend and raced wide covering extra ground.
Race 12	FAREWELL DASH C4 - C4 - 305	ODE TO LIBERTY was crowded going into the bend when VISION AND POWER shifted in across her line of running. ODE TO LIBERTY was then bumped by BIT COIN and again by ANOTHER JEWEL and became unbalanced and went back through the field to last and she finished in that position ODE TO LIBERTY was referred to the Vet for assessment and cleared of injury and the Trainer will report to the Stewards if anything untoward becomes apparent in subsequent days.
