Track: Good The track was presented in a very good racing condition all other equipment operated well through out the meeting.
Scales: Correct at all weights
Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: Trainer P Freeman advised the Stewards on arrival after checking his dogs that POPSOME TAGS was showing signs of lameness in the left hind area, on veterinary examination he was found to have pain over the left hind metatarsal area ,he was late scratched with a 21 day stand down imposed.
The Stewards questioned P Freeman in regards to the dogs condition on leaving his Foxton base early in the morning, he assured the Stewards that the dog was fine on being loaded with no concerns until the dog was walked on arrival.
POPSOME TAGS had raced at Wanganui on the 25-7-2014 finishing in 2nd placing with no concerns reported.
An Inquiry has been opened and adjourned in to the scratching of DIRECTOR VANCE from race 4 .

Race 1	Jack's Wholesale Meats Stakes - C2 - 527	Soon after the start JELLY GEM and BLOO BLOOMERS bumped. Racing in to the first bend MISS VELOCETTE from the wide box raced around the field angling inwards causing tightening to DORO FOOT, JELLY GEM and FORTIS FLYER with BLOO BLOOMERS in behind being hampered as these runners came back a length or so. RAMAH REASON raced widest in to and along the back straight across the top bend and in the run home covering a fair amount of extra ground throughout.
Race 2	Plasterboard Ltd Stakes - C0 - 527	From the boxes COMET FOOT ran sharply across the face of the field forcing KEY EYE across on to LIGIERO, LITCHFIELD LADY and CARTER CASH who was severely hampered for a couple of strides. COMET FOOT and LICHFEILD LADY came together on the turn as COMET FOOT attempted to angle outwards, COMET FOOT lost momentum and never recovered in the run down the home straight finishing several lengths in last placing at the line.
Race 3	Sel's TAB Mangere Sprint - C5 - 318	JUST A BOY began awkwardly being last away. Racing in to the first bend JUST ABOY angled outwards on to the shoulder of CEE KAY DEE both dogs were hampered running wide on to the top bend.
Race 4	www.agrc.co.nz Stakes - C0 - 527	DIRECTOR VANCE a scratching on the 24-7-2014 was presented to the vet ,after being thoroughly examined there were no abnormalities found. The vet J Hessell found that in her opinion the dog was fit to race. From the boxes JETSUN RAIN ran outwards sharply across heels running in to LIFE CYCLE and HINUERA GIRL. JETSUN RAIN raced widest along the back straight before angling inwards on to the bend resulting in LIFE CYCLE running on her heels both runners were checked losing ground finishing well back at the line. JETSUN RAIN was referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found.
Race 5	Trophies Plus Stakes - C1 - 527	BENGHAZI was a late scratching at the boxes on vets advice after showing signs of Diarhoea and dehydration where after being examined a 10 day stand down imposed Racing in to the first bend HOMEBUSH TITAN ran out on to MR DARCI when avoiding the heels of KITTY'S SHIRAZ
Race 6	Greyhounds As Pets Stakes - C1 - 527	JOKER MAN began slowly. Racing along the back straight there was tightening and jostling between several runners with LOCHINVAR SONIC being tightened back hampering SOUTH BAY DREAM for a couple of strides, LOCHINVAR SONIC went back to the rear and was unable to improve there after.
Race 7	$20,000 Pick6 Stakes - C3 - 527	Racing in to the first bend there was tightening and jostling between ZAMDATO, BOSS APPEAL, INDI RHODE, MULTICAM LAD and ACTING UP for a couple of strides
Race 8	MTA Gift Vouchers Series Final - C5f - 318	POPSOME TAGS was a late scratching pre kennelling ( refer judicial ) KISSEN RUN dwelt at the start and was never in contention there after. In the run to the first turn ROTOVEGAS JUNIOR came across on to BOTANY DOWNS and RUN LACEY RUN these runners were all hampered for several strides ,soon after racing in to the bend ROTOVEGAS JUNIOR angled inwards tightening BOTANY DOWNS in on to RUN LACEY RUN who was severely checked losing momentum as did BOTANY DOWNS both dogs going back to the rear and were unable to get into contention there after.
Race 9	Lochinvar Marlow Stakes - C5 - 527	JANNIK began awkwardly from midfield and was hampered at this point as FEEL THE VIBE ran in to his shoulder. In the run to the post first time BLITZING MAYHEM tried to angle out coming together with FEEL THE VIBE squeezing JANNIK back ,these runners bumped and jostled for a few strides. Racing in to the first bend CHECK THE MAIL was tightened and bumped when racing between JANNIK and FANCY AMIGO, CHECK THE MAIL caught heels and stumbled going back to the rear and was unable to improve there after finishing several lengths in the rear at the line ,he was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found.
Race 10	NZ Sires Produce Stakes - R/Af - 527	Racing around the first bend TIFINO ran in on to CARSAR QUEEN checking this runner back a couple of lengths. Racing towards the final bend KNOW DANGER on the improve checked CAESAR QUEEN as he crossed down to the rail, CAESAR QUEEN lost momentum for a couple of strides and was unable to improve there after. Nearing the home turn KNOW AMBITION crossed the heels of NIGHT PEARL when both runners were well back.
Race 11	Carol's TABS Stakes - C4 - 527	All clear.
Race 12	Deli's Sports Bar Clendon Inn Sprint - C4 - 318	COCKY APPEAL dwelt at the start. In the run to the first turn CARUBA QUEEN came out on to SECTIONED both runners bumped and jostled for a few strides ,ahead of these runners HOT KING COLE on getting to the lead angled in on to COSMIC PEARL who ran out of room losing several lengths. In the run on to the top bend COCKY APPEAL and RASSO ran wide with both dogs making good ground clear of trouble to finish in to 1st and 3rd placings at the line.
Race 13	Non Tote Sprint - Tier 2 - 318	VERSATILE RICHIE and MEDICINAL both missed the start. In the run to the first turn MADAM RAZOR was bumped and jostled on several occasions ,racing in to the bend MADAM RAZOR attempted to angle inwards making contact with DIPSY LALA and BIT ROSO ,these runners jostled for several strides ,soon after VERSATILE RICHIE raced through on the inner of OPAWA CRUSHER pushing him out on to MADAM RAZOR who became unbalanced going back towards the rear.
