| Race 1 | Awapuni Dash C0 - C0 - 375 | TIFINO began awkwardly losing three lengths. COYOTE CAUGHT YA was handy to the lead going into the bend but was checked losing several lengths and went back to the rear but made up ground well for 4th placing. NGAURUHOE was also checked going into the bend losing three lengths. VINNY DOON and BACKYARD QUEEN became awkwardly positioned in restricted room on the bend and they were checked back to the rear where they remained to the finish. |
| Race 2 | Woodville Sprint C1 - C1 - 375 | TIME FOR WHAT was a little slow to begin and he was then checked going into the bend when racing onto the back of CHELSEAS BABE which had checked off the back of HOME BREWER and lost ground. GEORGE was checked from behind going into the bend and lost a length. He then raced a little wide on the bend and into the straight but finished well for 2nd placing. |
| Race 3 | J P Print (Petone) C1 - C1 - 375 | HIGH CALIBRE, HOMEBUSH ENVY and KOTUMBA were a little slow to begin and settled back. KOTUMBA recovered the best of the three and finished in 2nd place. ZAMADDIS LASS shifted out slightly on the home turn forcing SNAP TO IT into the line of HIGH CALIBRE which stumbled and went back to last and finished in that position. |
| Race 4 | Manawatu Raceway Stakes C1 - C1 - 457 | ADDA BOY ZEKE and OFFENSIVE were slow to begin and settled back. ADDA BOY ZEKE made up ground well to finish in 3rd place. FASA MAN began very well to lead but then shifted out going to the first corner causing severe checks to itself and also PADDY BAXTER and OFFENSIVE and they lost several lengths and all chance. FASA MAN finished several lengths last and was referred to the Vet for assessment as a precaution. |
| Race 5 | Peter Sinclair Photo Finish C2 - C2 - 375 | FULLA TORQUE, BIG TOKEN and COOL HEIR bumped together and then jostled for some distance soon after the start. FULLA TORQUE and BIG TOKEN continued to jostle together on the bend losing ground and they stayed back to finish at the rear. |
| Race 6 | Marton Dash C3 - C3 - 375 | THRILLING CAIRO shifted in abruptly from the start and caused checks to EXCESSIVE SPEED, EUNUCHS LUCK and HOMEBUSH RICK and they all lost ground, settled at the rear and stayed there throughout the race. |
| Race 7 | Ashurst Dash C2 Final - C2f - 375 | CAPTAIN OSTI shifted in going into the bend and caused tightening and checks to DOUBLE TAPP and BLACK HENNESSY which both lost three lengths. ADDICTED was also checked back to the rear going to the first corner and he stayed back for the remainder of the race. |
| Race 8 | Group 2 Nancy Cobain Distance Final - C2df - 766 | BUDDY BROKE shifted in from the start and checked over the heels of JINJA POWER losing a little momentum. THRILLING BRAT shifted out from the start and bumped with BORNATO and they jostled for several strides. OSTI'S PURSUIT was also affected and settled at the rear. THRILLING BRAT went off stride going to the first corner and he drifted off the back of the field and eventually pulled up taking no further part in the race. He was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have a tensor fascia lata muscle injury. |
| Race 9 | Cloverlea Dash C4 - C4 - 375 | DARLYNE OTTEY shifted in from the start and caused checks to SMIDGED and GO FERN GO and they settled back and stayed there throughout the race. JUKE BOX BOY shifted in from the start and checked RUN JUNIOR RUN which lost three lengths and JUKE BOX BOY also lost ground in the incident. DARLEK KHAN suffered a webbing injury and was referred to the Vet for assessment at the Trainers request. |

| Race 11 | Feilding Stakes C2 - C2 - 457 | THANKS CHARLIE checked off the heels of BIGTIME TIP entering the home straight and shifted out abruptly making firm contact with DECEIVER and all three runners lost ground and finished at the rear. |
| Race 12 | Foxton Stakes C4 - C4 - 457 | NECTER started from box 8 and raced very wide covering extra ground throughout but kept up a strong run to finish in 3rd place. SPACE RACE and CHEVY VOLT jostled together for several strides going to the first corner and lost ground. Soon after CAWBOURNE BULLY shifted in and caused a check to CRUSHED MONKEY which dropped back onto SPACE RACE and they went back to the rear and stayed there to the finish. |
