| Race 1 | Super Pets Dash - C4 - 295 | ANOTHER COLT (1) and GOTTA GO ACE (7) were the slowest from the traps. KNOW FAVOURS (3) was tightened by CAWBOURNE DUSTY (4) in the run to the bend and lost ground. Soon after GOTTA GO ACE ran inwards checking CAWBOURNE DUSTY who dropped to the rear. On the home turn GOTTA GO ACE was held up when improving to the inside of HOMEBUSH EDITH (5) with GOTTA GO ACE losing momentum and running outwards and pushing WISE WONDER (8) wider on the track. |
| Race 2 | Happy Birthday Alyson Rosanowski Sprint - C4 - 295 | MEMPHIS HOTCAKES (1), OPAWA LEGS (6) and RUNWAY QUEEN (9) were all a touch slow to jump. MEMPHIS HOTCAKES shifted outwards into the bend brushing with WANDY GAYLENE (3) for a stride which resulted in NERD CORNER (8) being checked and losing ground hampering OPAWA LEGS in the process. RUNWAY QUEEN was forced wide at this stage. |
| Race 3 | Thursday Place Pick Dash - C5 - 295 | OSCAR TUIVASA (7) was last to jump. BOTANY PRANCER (3) was tightened in the early stages as JACKSON CAT (4) ran inwards. In the run to the bend PRIMITIVE (2) angled outwards coming together with JACKSON CAT for a stride. BROOKLYN HOPE (6) came together with PRIMITIVE into the bend and lost ground. In behind OSCAR TUIVASA lost ground when racing in restricted room with JACKSON CAT also being inconvenienced at this stage. |
| Race 4 | C.T.V. Distance Feature - C0d - 645 | LAW TO EXCEL (1) and CLARETOWN LEROY (7) were the last pair on jumping. BOTANY COMET (8) ran inwards into the first bend causing severe tightening to OPAWA BRO (3), SECRET SARAH (5) and KNOW CHAOS (6) who all lost ground. With a lap to go KNOW TASTE (2) and CLARETOWN LEROY came together when racing in midfield with both dogs losing ground. |
| Race 5 | Sky High Scaffolding Stakes - C4 - 520 | OPAWA WEBBY (3) and TAKE NO PRISONER (7) were the slowest from the traps. In the early stages HOMEBUSH CHOPPER (5) ran inwards placing OPAWA NO EAR (4) and OPAWA WEBBY in restricted room with this pair losing ground. TAKE NO PRISONER angled outwards marginally into the first bend pushing OPAWA NO EAR wider on the track. HOMEBUSH IRIS (1) was tightened and lost ground at the end of the back straight with resulting inconvenience to MICK AND PADDY (8) who was held up and lost ground. |

Into the first bend BIG TOKEN (1) was tightened along the inside while wider out OHOKA FRENCHI (8) was badly checked and lost ground. KNOW PERIL (3) was tightened on the home turn and lost some momentum. |
| Race 7 | Flatpack Houses Ph 03 3715005 Stakes - C3 - 520 | ANOTHER COURSE (2) and SPEEDY KAZZA (5) were the last pair on jumping. CAWBOURNE KIM (4) angled inwards in the early stages tightening RED TYPHOON (3) and ANOTHER COURSE for a stride. On the first bend BANBIT (7) ran inwards and contacted SPEEDY KAZZA. |
| Race 8 | Barron's Supplies South Island Championship - C5f - 520 | KNOW ATTEMPT (3) and KNOW CLASS (6) were the last pair to jump. RUSSELL HART (4) angled outwards in the early stages pushing PIGGY BACK (5) wider with this runner then changing ground to the inside to obtain room. Wider out OPAWA SWEDE (7) and BRIGHTON BULLET (8) were also hampered at this stage and settled well back. PIGGY BACK checked off the heels of INDI'S GRACE (2) into the back straight losing some momentum. |
| Race 9 | Kolorful Kanvas Stakes - C5 - 520 | SMASH AMY (9) ran outwards in the early stages badly checking CAWBOURNE PHILIP (6) and RAW ENERGY (7) with this pair dropping to the rear. FINN MCMISSILE (8) was also inconvenienced for a few strides at this stage. JINJARANGO (1) was tightened and checked into the back straight losing momentum. |
| Race 10 | Buy Sell & Exchange NZ Stayers Cup - C2df - 732 | MR. CHINO (2) and RETALIATE FIRST (3) were the slowest from the traps. BORNATO (1) angled outwards into the first bend pushing JINJA POWER (4) wider on the track. On the next bend RETALIATE FIRST ran outwards with LITTLE TEEGAN (8) being forced to cover extra ground. |
| Race 11 | I Pave Concrete Sprint - C5 - 295 | DRYSDALE (4) was a shade slow from the traps. ELKI (3) was checked by ETCHED IN STONE (5) in the early stages and again by TRICKY HARRY (1) soon after with ELKI dropping to the rear. Into the bend TRICKY HARRY was badly tightened by ETCHED IN STONE and lost ground. Into the bend DRYSDALE angled outwards to improve and checked PRINCELY DOLLAR (8) in the process with ELKI being forced very wide around this pair. |
| Race 12 | Speight's Dash - C5 - 295 | AUSTIN WANA (8) was last to jump. GITCHA EASY (3) ran inwards in the early stages checking ROQETTE. Into the bend ADINI (4) ran outwards checking CAWBOURNE CATCH (5) with ADINI continuing this outward movement into the bend and CAWBOURNE CATCH dropping out to a clear last. |
