Judicial report: Trainer J.McInerney was fined $ 100-00 under the Minor Infringement Table for a breach of Rule 68.8 and penalty Rule 88.1 o when failing to present the original registration papers for HOMEBUSH EDITH an entrant in race 12.

Race 1	Absolutley Electrical C3 - C3 - 305	KNOCK EM shifted out from the start and caused checks to FLYIN MAGNUM, BINTY FLAHERTY, SHEEZA MEESHA and ANOTHER COFFEE with ANOTHER COFFEE and FLYIN MAGNUM being the most affected and they settled at the rear. MY BAD JONNY was checked going into the first corner and lost three lengths. ANOTHER COFFEE checked off the back of BINTY FLAHERTY on the bend and lost three lengths and she finished in last place.
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C3 - C3 - 305	RUN ALAN checked off the heels of ELOUERA BABE on the first corner and became unbalanced and drifted wide into the bend and he never recovered and finished in last place. PARRA SPARRA and TRENDY KNOCKAS who were both reasonably well supported, were both a little slow to begin and they settled back in the field and finished in 5th and 7th places.
Race 3	Guthrie Bowron C3 - C3 - 520	BIG GIRL WELSHY began a little awkwardly and settled well back and she was then checked going into the first bend and forced wide and never recovered, finishing in last place. One of the favourites REALON ROSEwas checked losing ground on the first bend and only ran on fairly to finish in 5th place.
Race 4	Crombie Lockwood C3/4 - C3/4 - 305	WHAT A PEANUT, ASTONISHING and COLONELS CHOICE were slow to begin losing two lengths. WHAT A PEANUT and ASTONISHING recovered to finish in 3rd and 2nd places. EMMAS HEART went off stride soon after the start and drifted off the back of the field to finish several lengths last and she was examined by the Vet and stood down for 28 days with a gracilus muscle injury. CHELSEAS BEAUTY shifted out slightly on the home turn forcing PIN UP PUPPY and SUIT YOURSELF out onto OPAWA THORN who was checked and SUIT YOURSELF and OPAWA THORN were forced very wide on the track losing ground.
Race 5	Palamountains Nutirtion C3/4 - C3/4 - 305	DONKEY DEEP shifted in from the start and this resulted in jostling to itself and also EMMAS SECRET, KINETIC RIO and OPAWA BLACK and they all lost a little ground. KINETIC RIO and DONKEY DEEP collided going into the bend losing several lengths and they collided again on the home turn losing further ground and finished in the last two places. KINETIC RIO suffered from a pectoral muscle injury and was stood down for 10 days.
Race 6	Broad Roofing C5 - C5 - 305	PLANKING shifted in soon after the start and caused jostling to DONNA BAXTER, AMBLE UP and HOMEBUSH SARGE with AMBLE UP being the most affected and she lost four lengths. JUST A MATE shifted in going to the first corner and checked LITTLE WISHES who went back and jostled with AMBLE UP and she lost several lengths in the incidents and stayed back to finish in last place. The Stewards were not entirely happy with the performance of LITTLE WISHES and her races in the immediate future will be closely monitored.
Race 7	J.P.Print Petone C5 - C5 - 305	HOMEBUSH HELEN, CIAO FOR NOW and FLYING FLYNN came together and jostled for several stides in the race to the first corner. CIAO FOR NOW then shifted in on the first corner and checked HOMEBUSH HELEN who went back onto HOMEBUSH LIGNITE and they both lost ground and finished in the last two places.
Race 8	Mickey's Super Liquor C4/5 - C4/5 - 520	PERRY WINKLE led the field going into the final bend but faltered and drifted back through the field and pulled up. CASH KNOCKA was unable to avoid PERRY WINKLE , collided with that runner and fell. They were both examined by the Vet and PERRY WINKLE was stood down for 42 days with a serious hock injury and CASH KNOCKA was cleared of injury.
Race 9	Group 2 Wanganui Stayers Final - C2df - 755	One of the favourites OPAWA EYE was a little slow to begin and was then lost for early pace and settled well back before making up some ground over the final stages to finish in 5th place.
Race 10	Keenan Concrete C4/5 Final - C4/5f - 520	OOH LA COOL and CORE POWER shifted in from the start and caused checks to THREE INCH NAIL, ASHER and VISIONARY MAN. who all lost a little ground. GONE AWOL eased off the heels of DARLYNE OTTEY going into the first bend and went back onto ASHER and they both lost ground. VISIONARY MAN shifted in slightly going into the final bend and inconvenienced OOH LA COOL and DARLYNE OTTEY with OOH LA COOL the most affected and she lost three lengths.
Race 11	Wanganui Security C5 - C5 - 305	ANOTHER LEGIN was slow to begin losing two lengths. One of the favourites BLUE TRAMP drew box 6 and was kept out wide and covered extra ground on the bend and finished in 6th place.
Race 12	The Rock 95.2FM C5 - C5 - 305	IONA HAKA and STIFF came together and bumped going to the first corner and IONA HAKA then shifted in and checked STIFF who went back onto ANOTHER MATE. ANOTHER MATE then went back and out and collided with HOMEBUSH EDITH and they lost four lengths and stayed back to finish in the last two places.
