Judicial report: W.Goodwin the Trainer of HOMEBUSH DIGBY was fined $ 100-00 under Rule 69.11 when the dog was presented 1.7 kilograms down in weight from its last start on 20.04.12

Race 1	B & P Engineering Upper Hutt C1 - C1 - 520	BELL'S WAY shifted out going to the first corner and caused checks to FOUR TOO MANY and MUNCHIN KRUNCH who both lost ground and ran a little wide into the first bend covering extra ground.
Race 2	www.racingdogs.co.nz C0 - C0 - 520	STAT ME UP and LIZZYLICIOUS collided on jumping from the boxes and lost ground. They collided again on the first corner and LIZZYLICIOUS lost several lengths and she tailed the field from there to the finish of the race.
Race 3	Cafe Cibo - Upper Hutt Final C1 - C1f - 305	AS FAR AS shifted in from the start and bumped with ANOTHER STAR and soon after, AS FAR AS and SAUCY TOMATO came together and jostled. They continued to jostle together going into the bend and again coming towards the home straight and they finished in the last two places.
Race 4	Glovecraft - Upper Hutt C1 - C1 - 305	LINDOP shifted out from the start and checked ALL THE RAGE and KAZILLION who both lost ground. RANDOM ACT shifted in from the start and bunped with LEGEND BEE who settled back in the field and she then raced wide for the remainder of the race covering extra ground and finished in 2nd last place. ALL THE RAGE and RANDOM ACT bumped together on the bend losing three lengths.
Race 5	Allied Engineering Upper Hutt C3 - C3 - 520	UPAHUT CINDY, THUNDA THIGHS and TAILS OFF bumped together soon after the start losing ground and they settled at the rear. CORTECCIA shifted in on the home turn and checked UPAHUT CINDY who lost momentum for a couple of strides.
Race 6	Quay Marine - Wellington C4 - C4 - 305	ANOTHER STREET was slow to begin losing three lengths. General tightening going into the bend resulted in MAGIC YOU and CAWBOURNE DARCY being checked and they lost four lengths and they stayed back to finish in the rear group. CAWBOURNE DARCY suffered a split webbing and was stood down for 21 days.
Race 7	Red Snapper Seafoods - Christchurch C2 - C2 - 305	FAWN ALLEGRO, SINGLE SCULLER, POWER GIRL and HOMEBUSH BRUCE bumped together for a few strides soon after the start.
Race 8	Distance Challenge Cup C2D - C2d - 645	OPAWA EYE and BUDDY BROKE came together for several strides on the 2nd bend and OPAWA EYE lost ground in the incident and she could not make up that ground and finished in 5th place.
Race 9	The Brownzy Sports Bar North Shore NZ Futurity Consolation R/A - R/A - 520	BULET TOOTH TONY, HOUSTON and DARLYNE OTTEY were checked and lost ground on the first bend. DARLYNE OTTEY recovered quickly to make up lost ground but checked off the heels of ANOTHER BREEZE going into the final bend losing three lengths and she finished in 4th place.
Race 10	The Brownzy Sports Bar North Shore NZ Futurity Final R/A - R/Af - 520	BIGTIME KINVARA shifted in after jumping from box 8 and checked RITZA NIGHT who lost ground and then raced wide on the first bend but then finished well for 3rd placing. OOH LA COOL and KNOW PEACE were checked going to the first corner when runners drawn further out shifted in and they both lost ground. KNOW PEACE made contact with the rail in the incident and he was examined by the Vet as a precaution and cleared of injury.
Race 11	Cesarina Scott - Marson Memorial C3 - C3 - 305	HARMONY BAXTER began awkwardly losing three lengths. LARA PINTER and HOMEBUSH HAYLEY bumped together for several strides going to the first corner and then HOMEBUSH HAYLEY galloped on the heels of LARA PINTER going into the bend and they both lost several lengths and stayed back to finish at the rear.
Race 12	Capital Paving - Petone C4/5 - C4/5 - 520	KEROBOKAN was the slowest to begin and was then forced to race a little wide on the first bend but made up ground to finish in 4th place. LITTLE MOTHER was galloped on by BASILIO BALE going to the first corner losing several lengths and almost falling and she never recovered and finished in 2nd last place. BOTANY MATTHEW also lost several lengths in the incident and finished in last place. LITTLE MOTHER was examined by the Vet as a precaution and stood down for 7 days with a spike wound.
Race 13	Anglo Upholsterers Premier Sprint Final C5 - C5f - 305	BOUND BY PRIDE was checked going into the bend and went back onto DYNA DIEGO with both losing ground and they finished at the rear.
Race 14	Lighthouse Cafe - Upper Hutt C5 - C5 - 305	CORPORAL JONES and LETHAL REBEL raced wide on the bend covering extra ground and they finished at the rear.
