Last Thursday, after 43 years of service, legendary commentator Trevor Wilkes hung up the binoculars.

Trevor's voice has become synonymous with Canterbury greyhound racing over the years. He wasn't just a magnificent caller, however; Trevor is widely regarded as one of the most well-liked personalities in racing.

TAB Trackside has put together a wonderful "Trevor Wilkes Story", where Trevor relives his commentating career and recalls some of his favourite racing memories.

Thank you Trevor, for all that you have done for the code, and all that you have done for racing. Enjoy your retirement!
