GRNZ welcomes Liz Whelan as Chief Operating Officer

The team at Greyhound Racing New Zealand are very pleased to announce that Liz Whelan will be joining us as Chief Operating Officer on 10 January 2022.

Liz will join our leadership team and will be working closely with Mark, Michael, Sue and Candice

Liz, who has BA/LLB Hons and an in-depth knowledge of racing both in New Zealand and Australia is a media and communications specialist, with strong experience in television, print  and radio. 

She comes to the table with a very broad experience of Greyhound Racing and will be able to add value to the entire team.
