New Kennel joins the Great Mates Rehoming Programme

Hi all,

What an interesting quarter this has been for Great Mates. We've gotten so efficient at our rehoming process that our wait times have been significantly reduced around the country! Our current wait times for our kennels are as follows:

• Cambridge 2-3 weeks
• Levin 2-3 weeks
• Rangiora 8-12 weeks (with additional kennel predicted to reduce to 2-3 weeks)

To reduce our wait times even further in the South Island, we've brought a second Great Mates kennel location onboard. We'd like to welcome Kerry Hurst, who will be joining the Great Mates rehoming team on June 14th.

This will give LP's additional options and will bring down the waitlist numbers of Rangiora so they are on par with Cambridge and Levin. 

We'd also like to thank the team at Great Mates Rangiora for the excellent work they've been doing so far as the solo Great Mates kennel in the South Island with hundreds of adoptions under their belt.
