Update your Contact Details for Licence Renewals

Good afternoon,

As you are all aware, licence renewals are fast approaching and this year we are changing up our process. We will no longer be mailing out our licence renewal forms to you, instead, we will be will emailing these out to the email address we have on file for you. 

We will be sending out an email next Monday  to all our LP's to ensure we have the correct contact details for them and to make changes where appropriate. If you do not receive an email from us, we either do not have an email address for you on file or are sending this to an old email address.

If you think you do not have an email address on file with us or if you think that your details have changed, fill in the form below and send it to us via post or email. Your local club also has these forms available for you.
