Shaynee and Trojan Hoarse are the clear-cut winners of the 2021 Stayer and Sprinter categories and the lead in the Middle Distance category see-sawed between Morgan and Leonard throughout the season - with both taking home two Group I titles.

Come the 2021 Awards ceremony, currently set for Christchurch in October, any of the four would be deserved winners.
