Work and Income Wage Subsidy Form Issues

It has come to our attention that some of our LP's are cannot fill in the wage subsidy application form correctly due to the unique way their businesses are set up. We are wanting to know how many of our LP's have tried to apply for wage subsidy and haven't been able to progress any further with their application due to not having a business IRD number or NZBN.
